I had Olivio come out for a complicated residential drainage issue involving severe root intrusion, blocked drain lines, cracked sections of pipe, and water retention concerns along a shared property line. Jose and the team spent essentially the entire day diagnosing and remediating the problem. They performed drain scoping, hydro jetting, extensive root removal, repaired damaged sections of the main drain line with PVC, added new drains/catch basins, restored drainage flow, and repaired/cleaned up the surrounding area afterward. What I appreciated most was that Jose took the time to explain what they were finding throughout the process and helped distinguish between immediate necessary repairs versus larger optional improvements. The amount of root intrusion uncovered was significant, and the team worked extremely hard under difficult conditions. The pricing for the work completed felt fair given the amount of labor, troubleshooting, excavation, and repair involved. I also appreciated that they approached the situation practically rather than trying to oversell unnecessary work. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the professionalism, communication, and quality of work performed and would recommend Olivio for drainage and irrigation-related issues. read more

Jose did a great job, very knowledgeable guy, he can answer all questions you may have about water system.

Jose provides creative solutions to irrigation system issues. Quality work completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

We learned that we had a water leak when we got our monthly water bill. I contacted Olivio based on a Neighbor's recommendation, and he came within hours, found the source of the leak, did the repairs right then, and there. He came back the same day to check and make sure the leak was really fixed, and put everything back better than it was before. He was efficient, very skilled, easy to work with, very responsible, and I highly recommend him. read more

They came on a Sunday to diagnose what was wrong with my sprinklers, did so within a few minutes, then came back a few hours later to install a new timer, which took under an hour. Would definitely call them again if needed. read more

I was highly satisfied with the work Jose and his team did at my home. They installed a drain line and relocated a sprinkler valve manifold. The job involved cutting concrete and digging a large ditch, so it was very messy work, but one of the things I was most impressed by was how thoroughly the crew cleaned up. When they left it looked as if they had never been there. Pricing was fair and Jose is honest about work needing to be done; for example I asked him about replacing some sprinkler valves and he told me that they were in good condition and didn't need to be replaced. Would definitely recommend Olivio Irrigation and use them again. read more

Jose was able to repair our front yard irrigation system the same day I called. He was on time and worked quickly to get our sprinklers working again. Highly recommended! read more

Landscape drain cleaning and repair is about the last fun thing to do ever but after I had pushed that line item to the bottom of the list for so long it had to be done. I researched many companies and decided to give Olivio a call. He was one of 3 companies I spoke with and the price was fair and competitive. This is a job that needs Olivio and is not a DIY. Jose was very clear about how he would spend the first 2 hours and what that pricing would look like. He always hopes to clear the line quickly but does quote possible additional hours of work based on what is found in the line and what your property is like. Lots of variables and they just don't know until they get in there and start. At this point you know your drain is clogged otherwise you wouldn't be looking for this service. He brought a crew of men to work quickly. In the end I had 4.5 hours of work done which cleared a big root and dirt stoppage and they also had to repair a section of pie that was badly constructed and had broken. They cleaned up and replaced the grass patches back very nicely. I did not have concrete tore up even though the line runs under sidewalk. And all this was just for one drain line on the side of the house that was a problem area. I will be calling Jose again for the other side soon. read more

I had a broken pop-up sprinkler head that was bubbling gallons of water when turned on. I called Olivio based on all the 5-star reviews and we set up an appointment for the next day. He came out and replaced the sprinkler head for a fair price, then checked & adjusted the other sprinklers. He used a good quality "Hunter" sprinkler head that matched the rest of our pop-ups. I really appreciate the good communication and the quick turn-around time. We will definitely call Olivio for any future work on our sprinkler system. read more

These guys are amazing. Super responsive, quick, quality service all a fair price. It's so nice when you can work with tradesmen like this where you are reminded how great it is to work with someone with the skills and equipment to do the job right. He shows up with everything he needs in the van and doesn't need to spend time going to buy the parts needed to get the job done. I've had them out to tackle issues on more than one occasion, this time to repair our water main and get the water back, and they resolved our problem in short order on the same day I called. I've also referred friends and family to him and they have all been more than happy with the service they have received. Do yourself a favor and reach out to them with any irrigation needs. read more

Olivio and Miguel are awesome! Scheduled an appointment to add a master flow control valve to a 16 zone system. Awesome peace of mind as it only pressurizes the system when the digital control box tells it to. Definitely will extend the life of the system while mitigating future leaks. Since they did such a great job on the install, I made a second appointment to do a spray head tune up. He switched out all the sprayers and installed heads with back flow control valves and it made a world of difference! All the grass area has full coverage while using less water. Their 25 years of experience are self evident. Fast, on time and fair priced service. I highly recommend Olivio's irrigation services - top notch in my book. read more

This goes under " Do your due diligence and get 3 quotes" . I am passing this on for your consideration. When I evaluated this company vs. the others that I called: - their total cost was 236% more expensive than the company I went with. - They also quoted the amount of time as 240% more than the company I went with. - A 3 day job ( quoted) with 2 workers was completed in 10 hours with one worker. - You can decide for yourself... Get 3 quotes and compare / contrast. ( I think I said these famous words of wisdom, no ?) My total cost ALSO include the parts, valves, filters, drips, tubing to do the job in the final payment. The guy I used is Licenced and registered in CA with 19 years of experience. - He also fixed several issues that were not part of our contract. DId I mention that? I got a written quote with the agreement spelled out. We talked, adjusted the contract, and then locked in the project with time frames, $$, and warranty called out. - He also used Irrigation reliable Industry-std parts ( vs. the run to Home Depot to finish the job.) He arrived on time , was prepared, and got it done. I rest my case, and thought to pass this on to any homeowner that may be considering an irrigation face-lift, repair, or replacement project on how one may want to proceed for a successful outcome. ps - note I am always wary of reviews that say 'this guy was amazing', or ' wow' , + various superlatives that are just questionable at best. But that's me, I could be wrong ( but I don't think so ). Good luck.... read more

TLDR: Promises were kept, crew was good, requests were addressed, problem was solved and charged a fair price. I was suffering from a large water leak somewhere on my irrigated hillside but was unable to locate the exact source. I contacted two irrigation repair companies for quotes. The first failed to keep their appointment. However, Olivio showed up for their free on-site inspection in about 30 minutes. From the inspection (with all water disabled at the main) the conclusion was this was not an irrigation leak but likely the water main and I was given an appointment and a time (one, maybe two days work) and cost estimate. Olivio was able to make it a day earlier than scheduled. The team arrived, soon located the actual source of the leak (a 2" main pipe). They dug it up, located a crack in a PVC pipe Tee joint, brought in some upgraded repair parts and installed them with improved pipe pathing around another 2" pipe in the same area. Once the leak was solved we walked around the property and verified everything was working properly. :) read more

Sr. Olivio was great. I called to schedule a visit for an estimate for a subterranean sprinkle line leak. Arrived on time, gave a very reasonable estimate and scheduled the work for 11am on July 4. I told him I might not be home - no problem. He showed up at 10. Did the job perfectly and left. When I got home we arranged payment via Zelle and we both went on to enjoy the rest of the holiday. Could not ask for better service. Will most definitely call him again when the need arises! read more

We moved into an existing home with a previce system. Unfortunately, it had not worked in over 13 years and no water was going to the existing valve. Based on the reviews, we contacted Jose, who was responsive and came to provide a quote. We set an appointment for the next week. In every instance, Jose was punctual, no waiting idly. He and his team arrived, quickly got to work installing new pipes, water shut-off, new irrigation, and a new timer. By the afternoon, we had water to the original valve and a new irrigation drip system. He followed up the next day to teach us how to use and set our new system. We will absolutely call him when we are ready to add on. read more

Fast response - he made arrangements to come on a Sunday. Repaired leak that was causing whole section of yard not getting any water. Also found several other issues with an old system. We just recently had some SOD put in our front yard and one of our irrigation pipes started leaking. We were manullay watering the affected zone for several weeks waiting for our SOD installer to take a look at it. He never responded so we decided to reach out to Olivio's who was recommended by Lawn Doctor. We called him on a Sunday morning and he showed up within a few hours to our house. It took him less than 30 minutes to cut out the bad pipe and patch it up. I was impressed with his skills, knowledge, and professionalism. The cost was less than my wife and I anticipated and we even saved money since we dug out all the dirt prior. I highly recommend Olivio's! read more

Had a leaking sprinkler/cracked pipe. My normal sprinkler repair company quoted an insane amount to fix it. Reached out to olivio online, he immediately responded, scheduled a visit the next day. Came out and was very knowledgeable, explained everything I was unsure about. Had fair pricing, I accepted the quote and he was able to immediately start working on it. Had it all done within an hour. Incredible work. He was clear and articulate about what he needed to do and didn't try to upcharge or tack on any other unnecessary stuff. Had our landscaping drain clogged and the side yard flooded. I called Jose and got an emergency appointment on a heavy rainy day. He and his team showed up on time with all the equipment needed to diagnose the problem. He unclogged the drain and also identified incomplete work done by the previous landscapers. While he recommended the proper long-term fix, he put in a temporary solution to drain the water correctly by installing additional pipes with the right elevation drop. He left the place very clean afterward. Highly recommended! read more

Olivio Irrigation was recommended to me by LawnDoctor ( also great). Jose Olivio came out and gave me a quote for adding additional sprinkler heads to my lawn. I also had him raise the valves as those were all set underground and flooded every winter. He always showed up when he said he would. The work was all done carefully and with respect to plants and landscaping. Everything was tight and tidy when they left. Professional from start to finish. I did not get multiple quotes so cannot speak to how his prices compare, but to me it is totally worth it to have good work done. Very happy with this business! read more
