As such, I feel well qualified to talk about how amazing Viva is! Song finding system: the Viva system is easier than most, and made it simple to find what we liked. Easy to move things around on the queue. Location: easy access, safe location for arrival. Private rooms: this is where Viva absolutely shone. Private rooms are obviously critical. However, at most karaoke places, it's challenging to get in and out of the bench seating to get up to sing. Not at Viva! The bench was long, with space to get in and out, while still having table access and plenty of water. It's hard to say how much this improved the experience. Service: there's a button to press for service, and they show up and take care of whatever you need. Drinks: many of us find that karaoke requires alcohol lubrication.
