Ozzie's Florist ruined my mother's 70th birthday! Instead of my mother receiving the lovely…read morearrangement I ordered from Ozzie's for her 70th birthday, their delivery person did not wait for her to get to the door, left a note (despite instructions to leave it at the door if no one answered), and the RUDE woman who answered the phone told her she would have to come there herself and pick up the flowers because they only deliver once. When she explained she was 70, mobility impaired unable to get there before they closed, the woman didn't care and proceeded to thoroughly upset my mother. So instead of the call I anticipated receiving upon receipt of the flowers, I got a call from my very upset mother at what a horrible experience she had with this horrible woman. Ozzie's--YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF! You obviously place no value on customer service! You have been removed from the listing of the floral service I use regularly, after this woman was even rude with their customer service rep. I will do all within my power to make sure your terrible attitude is made public and that everyone we know in the area, that sends flowers to the area, lives in or has family in the community knows about it! I cannot believe you would turn what should have been a happy occasion into such a terrible one that my mother is still talking about. As your own website says, Your birthday only comes once a year. And you made my mother's memorable for the WRONG reason! Thank goodness there are other florists in the area to fill this order. Ironically, my sister used another local florist, Flowers and Baskets, Inc. who despite having the wrong address (numbers transposed) and other errors on the delivery form, went up and down the street until he found my mother! That's true customer service! Also many thanks to Rush Florists & Gift shop who filled the order and sent a very courteous delivery man who braved a rain storm to make the delivery of a beautiful arrangement!
