Their nutritionists and holistic specialists know the right questions to be asked, listen closely to your answers, and walk you to the section of the store where they show you what to consider. In my situation, I was looking for a few things for the family; lecithin for hair strengthening, Vitamin C, D3 and K-2 for enhanced immunity and cardiovascular health. My guide volunteer showed me the available choices, suggested what to avoid based on the prescription drugs taken, and made sure I selected the right dosages (sometimes less is more). Holly Hill has many private label options where discounted price is most apparent. The employee came back out still wearing the same smock, and nothing seemed to change. What makes this worse is that this isn't the first time I've mentioned it. When customers take the time to raise legitimate concerns--especially involving food handling and cleanliness--it should be taken seriously and addressed immediately. On a personal level, situations like this are stressful, especially for those of us who are mindful of health concerns. You expect a certain standard when shopping for food, and right now, that confidence just isn't there. For a store that promotes itself as high-quality, I expect better hygiene practices, better management response, and better accountability.
