The food was excellent! I had chorizo con huevos and my mom had birria chilaquiles. We couldn't decide what to order since the menu had a wide variety of options. We ordered Coke and it was flat. No carbonation whatsoever. We didn't finish them and they were $4! I didn't want to complain though. The service was excellent. I didn't catch our servers name though. The ambiance was quiet. I heard a TV on I think. No one else was in there other than the staff. The food was so good, as I was surprised that the restaurant didn't have more patrons. One observation that I had was the cleanliness. The vents and fans hat a lot of dust and dirt which could possibly fly/fall into food.

We always come here but sadly things changed. The food is still good,…read more the chicharrón is overcooked and stale. Ambience is still good. Service: sadly very disappointing. I was a waitress and didn't throw dishes, menus and utensils to the customers ( running to bring things, making a noise by putting the dishes on the table and rushing to leave the table). They bring appetizers with no extra plates to serve. Missing orders so what's the point of rushing us to order when they don't bring the items. Asking all the time what is needed on the table which items needed are common sense/ routine to serve a table. Waitress talking to customers over other tables... I like to tip service above 30% but sadly I didn't feel it this time. If you are new I will understand if you kindly let the customers know ahead of time. With all being said, this was not acceptable customer service. I will continue supporting our Salvadoreans Restaurants but please improve the service. Life is tough, living costs is high, we are still eating out and supporting our Salvadoreans Restaurants fellows, be thankful that you waitress have a job. Many are unemployed and wishing to have a job. I really understand customer service and serving are not easy tasks. Each day is a new beginning hope tomorrow customers will be delighted for your service.

Well, let me tell you: one day finally came, and I'm kicking myself for not coming sooner. At first glance? Tiny parking lot, barely noticeable storefront, and the only noise inside is a dramatic telenovela echoing in the dinning area like someone's getting slapped in slow motion. One server, juggling 13 tables like a seasoned pro. I peek into the kitchen and see a señora who could've been cloned from my abuelita--hair up, apron on, face of quiet intensity. That's when I thought, "Okay, this meal is either going to change my life or ruin my afternoon." Spoiler alert: it changed my life. Garlic. Shrimp. Carne asada. Even the beans tasted like they had a secret family recipe handed down by generations of flavor goddesses. I left full, happy, and already planning my order for next time like a strategist preparing for battle. Was the service lightning fast? No. But if you're craving drive-thru speed and microwave flavor, this ain't your place. Me? I believe in waiting for greatness. Would you rush your abuelita in the kitchen? Exactly. Sit down. Be humble. And let the magic happen.
