We ordered the calamares andaluza for appetizer and for our entree the paella ibérica. Ended with a chocolate cheesecake. Delicious is an understatement! Can not wait to go back!

The food is MEDIOCRE, everything is too SALTY and nothing has that delicious Spanish flavor. We…read moreordered many dishes and the reviews were that the Sirloin steak was too tough, the paella, caldo de mariscos, etc were too salty. The seafood dishes only had around 2 shrimps, tough calamari that was inedible, the couple of clams it had were emptied, etc. There is just no quality in their dishes. Apart from the small size of everything! The mashed potatoes tasted like the dehydrated version and they served a size small enough for my 3 year old! The only dish that was large was the Branzino because you get 2 filets but then again the dish costs $47 for that a very small side dish. The cheesecake and the churros are pretty good however don't order their Crema Catalana - it's way too sweet. On top of this, the service is not all there. There is a lack of Waiters and the ones there are running around going nuts. I would skip this restaurant and try other Spanish restaurants in Miami. One that comes to mind is El Pimiento in Miami Lakes and Casa Juancho in 8th Street - both of their paellas are amazing and they actually come with lots of seafood!

Must try if you come here. For the main dish, We tried their branzino which was also very flavorful and surprisingly moist for being cooked directly on fire. It was a creamy coconut cocktail. It was prepared with a rim of coconut shavings. Delicious! For the appetizer, I got the Ceviche Carnavalero. I gotta admit, to me that was the apex of the meal. The leche de tigre was well balanced, and with the sweet plantains, phenomenal. For the entree, I got the Parrilla Rucio Moro. The meats were cooked to perfection. The chicharron had a fantastic crunch to it. I really enjoyed that. Wasn't a big fan of the boiled yuca. The sauces and tostones it came with were perfect additions to it. And for the dessert I got the Crispy Churros. They were delicious and went great with the Nutella, but they did come out a little cold. The inside is beautiful, especially the bar. My only complaints were that I waited a pretty long time after being seated before someone approached my table, and the other complaint was that the gratuity. I wasn't given the option to choose how much to tip. The gratuity was automatically included. It wasn't a party of 4 or more. It was just me. In total, I spent about $90. I will be returning.

Guess we came at a good time cause later we did see more people come in. For starters, the staff here were all so professional and welcoming. Shoutout to MARIA for being the sweetest! Great recommendations from her. I loved the food so much. Mix ceviche -- so refreshing and loved the variety Jalea Bocas house (fried shrimp, fried fish, fried yuca fries) -- a little bit of everything and fried perfectly. Paired with the sauces. Skirt and fettuccine -- cooked as I requested (medium). Packed with flavor. SO FREAKING GOOD. Arroz cremoso de aji Amarillo with lomo saltado -- unique dish that worked so well. Recommend! Spicy margarita -- best drink here. Mezcal mule -- my mom and I didn't really like it because it was too smoky. Maria was kind enough to swap it out for us with another spicy margarita and didn't charge for the mezcal mule. Love the ambiance. They have daily promos on some of their items so be sure to check it out. I highly recommend this spot. 10/10
