A true taste of Spain! So happy running into this stand while shopping at TS. Spoke with one of the owners, Raphael, & he explained the churros & ingredients. With their flour, Spanish hot chocolate, AND their machines from Spain, everything tastes so authentic to what you will find in Spain! It makes for the perfect crisp bite on the outside & soft on the inside without being too greasy or doughy. Their shape makes for the best texture and bite! The churros are generously coated in sugar (just like the ones in Spain) but you can also get them coated in cinnamon sugar like the Mexican churros we are used to). There are a variety of indulgent sauces! My favorite is the Spanish hot chocolate because it is not too sweet and you can even drink it!! Other sauces are Nutella, Bavarian cream, & dulce de leche You order on the inside & can watch the process of them making the churros. One of the best churros I've ever had! There may be a line out the door but it's worth the wait. The line moves pretty quickly and we didn't wait long to receive our order. We ordered the combo that came with 6 churros and your choice of 2 dipping sauces and a drink all included. We chose the dulce de leche and Nutella dipping sauces and also ordered 2 cappuccinos the total came to about $30. It was on my to do list for a long time to try this place, I like churros but hadn't had a chance to stop by town center. This is just my opinion, I've only had Mexican churros and there is a difference between these since these are Spanish churros. The churros was light and airy, I ordered the cinnamon and sugar, I didn't order any dipping sauce since it was extra and I wanted to try them straight up. Mexican churros are more dense and thicker and hold up the sugar cinnamon wells when they coat it. These Spanish churros maybe because they made for dipping, hardly had any cinnamon sugar on them, it didn't seem the sugar cinnamon sticks well to the churros. For me it was meh, one time and I tried it. It was a bit pricey. If you do go try it I recommend you get a dipping sauce. 3 pieces which didn't seem like much churros was about $7.50 and change. People must love it it was busy when I got there 30 minutes before closing. You pace your order inside the hut and then pick up outside window. At least they have a good modern system, they give you a disk and when your order is ready it vibrates and lights up to pick up. read more

Ole charros is located at town Square on Las Vegas Blvd. This is probably my 10th time having these churros, they are not the traditional over greasy over sugared churros that were used to having. They are traditionally made with traditional old world Spanish recipe, they are the original creators of the churros. I had a hard time believing that as I was used to eating the traditional Mexican churros, they are much smaller not as sweet and are served with light sugar or cinnamon at your request. We ordered the 3 pc churros for $6.99 and it included one dip. He also asked if we wanted cinnamon and sugar and of course we did! I asked the guy for his recommendation on the dip and he said the Spanish Hot Chocolate so I went with it. Once you order you're given a buzzer and once it's ready pick up is at the window on the other side of kiosk. There are plenty of tables and chairs. Of all the churros I have tried throughout my food journey, this place has won over my heart for the best Spanish churros. You order inside the booth compared to other food booths at Town Square where you'd order from the outside. There were two workers who greeted us into the small but cozy establishment. We got 6 pieces of churros with dulce de leche dip and a Spanish hot chocolate to dip and drink. It is NOT a joke when I say the Spanish hot chocolate will burn your throat because of how hot it is so be careful! Otherwise, it is extremely rich and full of chocolate goodness! It is not overly sweet and the thick texture was interesting. As for the main star of the show (the churros), it was extremely delicious! It is made fresh in the house as soon as you order so it has a nice outer crunch and inner chewiness. The dulce de leche was a nice taste for a churro dip!
