Great customer service first of all, there was only one person working and there was quite a bit of a rush. But she was sweet the whole time. I ordered the Thai tea and taiyaki. The Thai tea was $8 which is quite steep for one drink, but it might be due to the area we were in. The Thai tea was pretty standard, good taste and sweetness. The taiyaki is priced pretty fairly at 2 for $5. But it was not good at all. To be fair, they did offer to remake it for me and gave a heads up in advance that it didn't come out to their liking. However, if that was the case I would have preferred to just wait for a new one instead of be given the one that we all knew wasn't good :( it was severely undercooked and soggy. Would normally have given 2-3 stars since the taiyaki is the main thing I wanted to try, but since the employee was so kind and did offer a solution, that's why they're a 4 star :) read more

The best little One Piece themed desert shop! Literally found the shop by accident as they were about to close I never expected to find a boba shop that has soft serve and fresh taiyaki. Decor is absolutely adorable being One Piece and pirate themed. The owner was working when we came in and he was so sweet and accommodating, reheating all the burners for us to make our order fresh. According to the IG reels this place only sells 30 bahn mi's everyday so I called in my order so I wouldn't miss out. When I got there they toasted my sandwiches so that it's nice and toasty. I ordered 2 of the tayaki flavors; red bean and custard. I also ordered 2 drinks; the white gummi and the straw hat pirate. The sandwich was good but $16 good? It was stretching it a bit... maybe $14.50 is a better price point. I got veggies on the side and I could have done with a bit more veggies and a bit more vinegar in the pickling. The tayaki were ok, I think it needed another minute getting cooked. Ok so I'm used to the white gummi from Jamba Juice so I already had a certain flavor profile in my mind and this smoothie did not hit that mark whatsoever. It was super thick and way too creamy - my nephew and niece also was not fond of the drink. The straw hat pirate drink was a lot better; refreshing and crisp flavors. Be patient, be kind. The drinks were pretty good, not too sweet and that's how I like it. Cute little strip mall place with two things you can't easily get: taiyaki fish waffles and Dole Whip! Made my kids very happy after a bit of overwhelm on the Strip. A smalll cute Vietnamese coffee/ dessert shop that sells a pretty good bahn mi. The owner who took my order was very friendly and courteous. They specialize in taiyaki which I didn't get to try. I definitely will next time. The bahn mi they sell was good in terms of meat to bread ratio. I never had a cold cut bahn mi, usually always get a bbq beef bahn mi in LA. Their meats and seasoning balanced well. As well as the pickled radish and cilantro all worked good. I didn't know what to expect from the pate, since pate is basically liver, it was good and rich flavor no liver flavor or funky taste. My only small complaint was the bread while it was crusty and flaky. It was just too crumbly and I prefer a more French baguette type of bread for my bahn mi. A more chewy texture. I also got their kraken cold coffee with sea salt foam. It's a Vietnamese coffee, it was lightly sweetened and a bit bitter which is the characteristic of Vietnamese coffee. It wasn't bad. This small shop is tucked away in the same plaza as tacos el gordo on the strip. Parking is tight because so many shops share parking most are marked for certain businesses, basically 2 per business is what I noticed. There some standard parking for any shops if you enter from convention way. I went at just before noon and very few spots left. So on a busy day parking would be a big issue. Next time I definitely want to try bunch of other deserts and drinks. read more

Oh my god. I'm still sitting in this cute little spot while writing this review, waiting for our SECOND order. I wanted to come here because they have Vietnamese coffee soft serve (AMAZING) - so cool!! The taiyakis were FILLED with Nutella and there was so much ice cream. They really didn't skimp on anything. My kids loved the taiyakis so much that we ordered 5 for $9.50 (great deal!). Everyone is so nice here, too! I felt so welcomed. This place is a must every time now. This place is a hidden gem that is located on the near end of the strip. The interior is nice and simple with a couple of tables to find in if you choose to. We came and got a banh mi and and vietnamese iced coffee. The banh mi here is definitely one of the biggest and most filling banh mi I've ever had. Normally I would prefer a could of banh mi's to satisfy my hunger, but just half of this banh mi was filling enough. The ingredients are fresh and the housemade pate is delightful. The vietnamese coffee can really be split among two people as well. The owner was super friendly and nice to us. decided to come here after seeing their all-in banh mi on instagram where they advertised it as being 1 lb and 12 inches long!! i've never had a banh mi that is 1 lb and contains 6 different types of vietnamese cured meats, char siu, and pork floss, pate, and mayo but here we are!! and honestly it did not disappoint. i had my reservations, especially with it being $16 which is a bit steep for a banh mi, but then again, it is basically on the strip and comes with a lot of meats and a cute to go box. luckily this place is located in a plaza that has its own parking lot so there was no struggle finding parking. there was also no line when we got there around 11am on a Sunday, only one other person who was waiting for their order. the staff was very friendly and greeted us upon entry. i ordered 2 of their banh mi's, one for my cousin and one for me and the boyfriend to try. it didn't take that long to be made and you can even watch them put the sandwich together. i appreciated that they make it all fresh to order and they even heat up the banh mi for you so it has a nice crisp. the bread is a little different than the typical french baguette banh mi is usually served on, but it was still pretty good. surprisingly, despite how big the bread was, it didn't have a lot of the soft inside of a bread so it was mostly crispy crust. the banh mi is also cut in half for you and you can request to get the pickled veggies/jalapeno/cilatro/cucumber on the side which was nice. the meats are a little different than the ones i usually get at other banh mi shops but i honestly preferred the meats they put in their banh mi and i really like the touch of pork floss in it too!! i omitted the mayo so i can't comment on that but their pate is supperrr good and they put a lot too! their banh m is also huge. it was enough for two meals for me, as just half a banh mi was filling for me (typically i could eat a whole banh mi)! i would definitely come back if i was ever craving a banh mi; it is a little pricey but it is a good bang for your buck especially in vegas read more
