Chocolate Chip, Dubai Chocolate, Ube & Oreo
Ivy W.

The employee in front was very friendly and helpful. I didn't like any of the cookies I got: Ube & Oreo, Chocolate Chip, and Dubai Chocolate. Took a couple bites of each and threw it away. Pricey for meh cookies. Wanted the Mango Sticky Rice but they ran out of sweet sticky rice and the mangoes also went bad. Plenty of parking in a small strip mall.

Bake The Cookie Shop really said, self-control is optional, and I felt that personally. The Dubai chocolate strawberries? Unreal. They're giving luxury, they're giving drama, they're giving I'll just have one followed by me guarding the box like it's a family heirloom. Juicy, fresh strawberries wrapped in that rich, over-the-top chocolate like they just got upgraded to VIP status. And the cookies? Just there to make sure I completely abandon all life goals. 10/10... I didn't choose this addiction, it chose me.

It's really cool to see another modern-style cookie shop in LV, especially featuring Asian-flavors. I know that they're newer shop, so there's still something to be desired for a full-rounded dessert shop experience. The selection is little limited, but they do what they have well. The staff is exceptionally friendly and personable. There were only two tables to eat at and there didn't seem to be beverage options, so it's evident they want you to take your cookies to-go. The chewy cookies are very sweet and flavors are balanced well.

Cute little shop in Summerlin! Service was fast! Ive been wanting to try their dubai strawberry cup! IMO, the kataifi, choco and strawberry ratio is good!Get it if your in the area to get your dubai choco cravings but for me.. The dubai strawberry cup from Cafe Zupas is waayyy better and cheaper too! The cookies is also mid.. for the price‍

I came here for the first time when they just opened. I got the Dubai strawberry cup, price is steep but I thought it was delicious. Could easily share it between 2-3 people. Great strawberries to chocolate, pistachio, and kataifi ratio. I probably ate half the cup by myself. I came back again recently and ordered the same thing and I feel like it doesn't taste as good and the ratio was bad. There was too much kataifi and the chocolate wasn't melty. I was basically eating spoonfuls of it trying to dig for a piece of strawberry. It felt way too sweet and got tired of it after having less than 1/4th of the cup. Photo is from my first visit.

Is it Worth the Hype?!?! Idk, but if you're looking for strawberries covered in chocolate with pistachio flavored kataifi mixed in a cup for $20, and you happened to be in the area, then Bake is your place. It's a small grab and go type of environment, very reminiscent of stores during the pandemic, where u place your order, stand around waiting for your name to be called, and bounce. If u are looking to splurge, and can't think of a better dessert option, definitely give Bake a try.

Established in 2020, but finally with a storefront that opened August of 2024, bake the Cookie Shoppe comes from a group of friends focused on making better Cookies than franchises like Crave or Crumbl and based on five visits so far the results are impressive across the whole collection. Part of Vandrey Plaza on South Decatur, just North of Sunset and the I-215, it is inside a small space that guests will discover a dozen or more daily flavors ranging from "No Chip" with just the Dough to seasonal inspirations such as Pumpkin Biscoff. Sold for $4 per round, each individually packaged before entering a branded box and bag, fans of Filippino flavors will be excited to know Ube shines brightly whether "crinkled" on its own or fused with Oreo Cookies. Happily delivering orders over $65 for free locally, or shipping nationally for a fee, additional classics come in the form of soft Chocolate Chip or Snickerdoodle, though those in search of bake's best bites should strongly consider gooey Oreo Milkshake or Ube Toffee.

Small little shop with great cookies! I tried the Oreo and the peanut butter one. The peanut one was so soft and tasty. The Oreo one wasn't as soft but once I heated it up for a bit, it did become soft too. The Dubai strawberries are decadent and have so much chocolate and crunchy kataifi.

I finally got the chance to check out Bake the Cookie Shoppe off South Decatur and 215, and wow -- it did not disappoint! I went yesterday with my little sister for an early-late lunch snack, and we absolutely loved every moment here. Located in the southwest of Vegas, this spot is totally worth the price and the drive. They offer an amazing variety of cookies, creamy soft-serve ice cream, and their famous Dubai Chocolate Cup -- which, no surprise, tends to sell out almost every day. We tried both the soft-serve ice cream and the Dubai Chocolate Cup, and now I completely understand why it's so highly favored by both locals and tourists. The flavors were rich, the textures were perfect, and every bite felt indulgent in the best way. This place is a solid 10/10 for me, and I'm already planning my next visit. If you're anywhere near this area, you owe it to yourself to check it out!

I initially wanted to come here because I saw the cookies and ice on tik tok. I didn't get it cause I didn't see it in the menu. I ended up getting half dozen (chocolate chip, ube& oreo, and Oreo milkshake). The cookies were big and soft. My son thinks they taste like Crumbl but these cookies are definitely softer than them which I like. They had cookies to try so that made my decision easier. Service was nice and quick. I'm not sure if I'll be back anytime soon cause they are on the expensive side but they do give military discount which I like.

I must say I had high expectations when visiting here. Instagram definitely does its job with hyping up a place. While it wasn't a terrible experience, it fell short of what I expected for the ambiance and consumption of the items purchased. The look of the location lacks and the items in the display were not visually appealing to me. I got the oreo milkshake cookie which was tasty and the Dubai Strawberry Cup which was just alright. The crunch ratio over powered everything else (and I like texture) and the chocolate was hardened into chunks. As my daughter would say, it was pretty lackluster.

Mari helped us this time. Mari did a great job. I was greeted at the door. I took both my sisters and family for desserts. They loved all of it! We got the Dubai chocolate strawberry mega box and imo it weighed 7-10lbs! It was magical! We ordered 4 organic vanilla ice cream with pistachio cream and katafi. This might be my favorite thing at Bake especially on a hot summer day! Thank you Bake! See you this weekend.

Hello, We currently do not have anything sugar free yet. We are working on expanding to the sugar free items in the future.

Hi Nadia. Thank you for reaching out to us. We currently have our chocolate chip, Oreo milkshake, ube, and triple chocolate that do not contain nuts this month. We are not a nut free facility. -Toan @bake

Didn't realize they make their own breads here as well. I missed out on their coffee though. I didn't realize til later that Gabi is Korean for coffee! Salmon brioche: This is a salmon toast. The salmon tasted very fresh and was lightly smoked. The ricotta cream cheese was light. Brioche was toasted perfectly to hold everything together. It was very good. Potato chowder: This was topped with bacon and shredded cheese. It was perfectly seasoned and not too salty like I've had elsewhere. As creamy as it was, it wasn't heavy. Ube cheesecake: This was delicious! Great ube flavor! The ube cheesecake was very smooth and creamy. There's a layer of ube cake on top of the cheesecake. So good! Butterfly latte: I paid extra for oat milk. What is butterfly anyway? It was pretty complex. It tasted like cotton candy and was slightly minty. I liked it. Yuzu omija: I think this was like a lemonade, or yuzumade. It was refreshing and also not overly sweet. I'm not usually a fan of yuzu, but this I can get behind.

Despite cooling down a bit, they stayed pretty warm (I still microwaved for good measure). These cookies are incredibly gooey, not at all cakey, and just sweet enough to still be flavorful. Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

It didn't taste artificial at all like at St**b**ks. I'm pretty sure they make the apple syrup in house. Perfectly spiced and comforting. I would come back just for this drink but unfortunately I think it's a seasonal item. Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The pastry was beautifully crispy and the cream had the perfect texture with visible vanilla bean specks. I even found myself licking the paper it came on and didn't care who saw me because it was that good. Mushroom Crêpe: Yes, it's worth the hype. The photos online make it look very cheesy, but it's actually quite light. My husband doesn't like cheese and couldn't even taste it. I ordered it without mayo to keep it a little lighter. The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. Parking is easy and straightforward, and the café itself is absolutely adorable. If you have time, sit down and enjoy the experience.

I wish I'd bought four my last day in Vegas because Dad accidentally ate the one for Mom instead of his apple pastry ... and he said there wasn't any filling. Yes, there wasn't supposed to be filling in the crispy, flaky, cinnamon sugar dusted DKA! I first had Cronuts at Paris Baguette so I knew what I was about to experience back at the Grove in 2019. I ordered one here in Vegas and this month's flavor was coconut creme. Very light in flavor, same heaviness I've gotten used to from croissant donuts. They were also offering milk chocolate flavor this month that I wasn't aware of when ordering. I wanted to try the madeleines after gifting a friend the new IOTA hand cream made in partnership with DA himself. I ordered the lemon madeleines instead and was confused since they were coated in this earl grey white chocolate. The madeleine was drenched in maybe milk so it was so soft like tres leches with a lemon custard center. I went back the next day and ordered fresh, piped and baked to order mini madeleines-- twenty pieces for ~$12?! I should've bought at least two orders! And they smell just like the hand cream! So I went and bought myself the cream from ULTA to remember my DA Vegas breakfast runs while staying at Caesar's Palace. Also, my sister LOVES the pain au chocolat! She had it twice and probably should've bought more. It's pricey at $10 but worth the splurge. DKAs also run at $10 each. Get a nice four piece box as a gift for about $41. Oh! I forgot I bought three canelés. Ended up eating two of them. Opt for the bag instead of the box to save money. Custardy center with a chewy exterior, tastes a bit like slightly burnt brown sugar, in the best way possible. Finally tried the infamous chocolate chip cookie shot with steamed Madagascar vanilla milk! The cookie is warmed in their oven for ultimate melty chocolate-ness. I'm glad I shared this. Maybe I'll try the torched marshmallow ice cream bar one day. Staff is super sweet and friendly. Line goes by quickly. They have a few tables to sit at for a quick snack or breakfast.

It's essentially a regular piece of mango -- the kind you could easily find at Costco or a grocery store -- wrapped in mochi. For $8 a piece, it didn't feel worth the price, especially considering all the hype online. I think it would have felt more special if they used higher-quality or imported mangoes. The mochi beignets were better and definitely enjoyable, but they still didn't stand out enough for me to fully understand the craze. One thing I did appreciate was the staff. Even though the café was extremely busy, everyone was still friendly and working hard to keep things moving. The ambiance is nice enough for a quick stop, though nothing particularly memorable.
