If you're a cookie lover, you need to check out BAKE! They have some of the best cookies I've ever had. My personal favorites are the Chocolate Chip and the Ube Crinkle--both are absolutely delicious and always leave me wanting another. I also tried their Viet Coffee and tasted more like chocolate milk, but that's okay! I was there for the cookies. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and I was happy to see they added more seating for customers while they wait. It's a small touch that makes the experience even better. We stopped by and honestly, when we first walked in I was a little surprised. There really isn't anywhere to sit--you basically just walk up to the counter, order and leave. It wasn't really inviting. I also expected a lot more options, especially after looking at their website and Yelp where you see so many different cookies and flavors. When we got there, the selection was much smaller than I expected. We ended up ordering 7 cookies, and I did appreciate that they put them all individually and in a box instead of just throwing everything together. I tried the ube crinkle and it was okay--not my favorite, but it was definitely soft! The rest were for other people and everyone said their cookies were good too. Seven cookies came out to around $35-$40, and at that price I would've preferred getting a few more cookies instead of packaging. They just over package in my opinion. Overall, the cookies were good! This is a small cookie bake shoppe. The staff member in the front was helpful and recommended some options. Display of model cookies I found to be a little disheveled and if your displaying your product I would think you'd want a nice presentation..cookie names kinda everywhere and crumbs or such within the display. I don't know but for me presentation is important and if all you have is a display of model cookies of what the product should look like then I would think you'd want it on point but that's just me. I ordered the mango sticky rice along with the Dubai strawberry brownie the display turned me off so I went another route now that I was committed & in the store personally I thought both were average and for about $40 for the two I don't know if I'll come back. Strawberries tasted old and had a tad sore taste while the brownie was somewhat fresh. The mango sticky rice was meh I mean you really can't mess up on mango sticky rice can you... the presentation and packaging good. Drove 40 minutes just to try this place, so I came in pretty excited... but unfortunately the mangoes were extremely sour!!! like, inedible sour. I ended up tossing the whole thing, which was disappointing. What made it even more frustrating was the experience after. I had commented on Instagram saying how excited I was to try them, then followed up mentioning the mangoes were sour, and somehow both the content creator and the shop's IG started clapping back I wasn't rude, literally just said it was sour. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issue, they replied saying they're "unable to taste all the mangoes," which honestly felt like a wild response. Especially because I've seen others mention the same issue! At that point it feels less like a one-off and more like a trend that should probably be addressed. Oh my goodness.... Let's just start there! I had to visit after I saw on instagram they had a soft serve cookie bowl and I needed it real bad and it did NOT disappoint. Absolutely delicious the oreo chocolate chip cookies were so soft and chewy around the edges...this is my type of cookie, the vanilla soft serve was so light and simple, the bowl itself was HUGE! In a time like now, where prices are high, I'm selective of where I go to spend but this place will keep me coming back for sure! They are very fair in pricing with decent portion sizing of bowls and cups, and the taste is 10/10 across the board. Now let's get to the service... there was a very very kind young man working the counter wearing glasses I didn't catch his name but he was so respectful and willing to assist and answer any question this young man was raised right, motivated and brought such a good energy to the shop. It was such a pleasure meeting him. The shop itself is very simple more of a grab and go type of shop I wish there were a few more tables to sit and enjoy in shop especially on hot days as today but over all a very quaint little spot off Decatur and sunset. Yummy sweet treat! My bf surprised me by bringing me to this little cookie shop for dessert after dinner. We came by Sunday around 6:30pm and this place was popping!It is located in a plaza with other stores and a mexican/Italian restaurant across the street. It is a cute little shop. It was a small place with 4 small tables. There were 2 small groups so we waited a bit for them to order before we ordered. We got the Scoop a bowl with oreo pieces on top of our soft serve ice cream. The cookie dough was soft and super sweet! It was a good balance with the vanilla soft serve. Stopped in for a sweet treat on a Sunday evening. I saw the Scoop a Bowl online, and really wanted to give it a try. Immediately upon entering, my significant other and I realized the prices of everything were insanely too high. I stopped in after seeing something on social media. They don't have a ton of options (maybe they rotate?) but the space is clean and the service was friendly, I also love that they offer a no chip cookie- a chocolate chip cookie dough without the chocolate chips. I thought the prices were a bit high for what this is. I got sold on the scoop a bowl, which is a gooey cookie and soft serve, for the price I wouldn't do it again. It is a huge portion, and I couldn't even get close to finishing it so that makes the price a little harder to justify, unless you live close and can put it in the freezer for later. Maybe worth it to share with a few people? I also got the ube crinkle cookie for another day, and it was good. I like that they are sealed, which makes it easy to travel with and keep fresher, again, expensive for a basic cookie, but tasty. The Ube crinkle I had was spectacular! A little bit pricey, but I understood the work that goes in it. Not sure if I will be back because of the experience I had at this location. I drove all the way from Lake Las Vegas to try out the mango sticky rice. I was excited to try it as it's photographed on their Instagram and social media. When I'm trying a new establishment, I really lean into what the employees say. I wish they would've told me not to get my mango sticky rice and ice cream in a a bowl. I would have much preferred it in the elongated trade that's photographed. It also would've made more sense to eat that way. Parking: There is plenty of street parking and garage parking available in downtown Summerlin, which is where this Bake location is. Ambiance/Decor: It's a typical cookie shop. Nothing extraordinary but nicely put together and looks clean. Customer Service: The customer service was okay. It was not as good as my first experience, however, the employee who took my order did the job and when I had an issue with my cookie, the employee did offer me another cookie. Cookies: What happened?! My first experience was drastically different than this time around. Before, my cookie was cooked to perfection, a wonderful size, and served nice and warm. This time, my cookie was so small that it almost looked like a mini chocolate chip cookie to the fact that I had to ask the employee about it. He noticed and offered me another cookie, which was fine, however, both cookies were very underwhelming in taste. They tasted a bit undercooked, which was surprising compared to the first time I tried Bake. Overall: Overall, I gave Bake a try twice before doing my review and I was hoping for consistency. I came here for the first time when they just opened. I got the Dubai strawberry cup, price is steep but I thought it was delicious. Could easily share it between 2-3 people. Great strawberries to chocolate, pistachio, and kataifi ratio. I probably ate half the cup by myself. I came back again recently and ordered the same thing and I feel like it doesn't taste as good and the ratio was bad. There was too much kataifi and the chocolate wasn't melty. I was basically eating spoonfuls of it trying to dig for a piece of strawberry. It felt way too sweet and got tired of it after having less than 1/4th of the cup. I know that they're newer shop, so there's still something to be desired for a full-rounded dessert shop experience. The selection is little limited, but they do what they have well. They offer an amazing variety of cookies, creamy soft-serve ice cream, and their famous Dubai Chocolate Cup -- which, no surprise, tends to sell out almost every day. They had ube, pandan, lemon, blueberry muffin and other classic flavors. There's a series of chocolate Dubai like the cookie, brownie, strawberry cup and heart shaped. We came specifically for the Dubai cookie. Disclaimer: We had it a day old because I was waiting for others to sample with me. We had no fridge or microwave in the hotel. Not sure how it would taste fresh. This review is based on one day old. With that said, I'm not sure if I like it. It's too sweet for me because the bottom layer is cookie dough, middle is the pistachio cream knafeh and a thick layer of milk chocolate with a scoop of pistachio knafeh on top. I like the crunch from the knafeh and it's a biscoff so it's crunchy but sweet. I guess it's a hit or miss and this viral version is not for me. If we return, I would try the strawberry cup version and feel that the fruit would balance out the sweetness and still retain that crunch. read more

A bit pricier than making your own cookies at home or buying from elsewhere - i.e.: one premium cookie is $8, but I think they're worth a try once (or every now and then). I got an Ube Oreo cookie, Coffee Cake cookie and a premium Caramel Coconut cookie. All were amazing. The coffee cake cookie truly tasted like a coffee cake but disguised in the form of the cookie. My total was about $20 for three cookies. The inside of the bakery is simply just for placing or picking up orders, keep in mind there is no seating for guests. The staff member who helped me was sweet, offered her suggestions and I was in and out, cookies in hand, in a minute or two. I initially wanted to come here because I saw the cookies and ice on tik tok. I didn't get it cause I didn't see it in the menu. I ended up getting half dozen (chocolate chip, ube& oreo, and Oreo milkshake). The cookies were big and soft. My son thinks they taste like Crumbl but these cookies are definitely softer than them which I like. They had cookies to try so that made my decision easier. Service was nice and quick.
