Loved these churros! So tasty and great! And Spain style! They were very friendly as well. Got to try them out at the Great American Foodie Festival this past weekend in Vegas and so happy they were there. Got to even talk about Spain a bit! Highly recommend!

Spanish style churros. Not Mexican style.

Not the traditional southwestern Mexican style churros but still delicious. These churros were crunchy and flavorful. The cheese cake was very different, I didn't have any but my wife loved it. It was difficult finding the location (they should fix that) but when you do it's worth a try.

Finally!!! Churros 101 showed up at the Food Truck Frenzy at Farm/Durango in Centennial Hills a few weeks ago! I'd been looking forward to trying out Churros 101 for a few months now! We ordered 3 Churros which ended up being a lot more than we had originally though! It The order came with two different dipping sauces, chocolate sauce and a dulce de leche. The Churros were fried perfectly with a good amount of cinnamon on-top! They were fresh and super scrumptious! The chocolate sauce was more of a dark chocolate than a milk chocolate. The dulce de leche sauce was a good addition to the Churros! Overall these were really good Churros and I would come here to this food truck again, just for the Churros!

Love love love! I am obsessed with churros and chocolate. When I was young in Philippines, I was obsessed with Spanish churros and chocolate. I haven't had churros and chocolate since I moved to Las Vegas approx 20 years ago. They do not have that here! UNTIL NOW! I followed this truck on Instagram and have been stalking its location until it was near me. Boy am I glad I did! The chocolate is amazing and not too sweet. The churros are amazing and you can opt out of the cinnamon sugar (Spanish churros do not usually have any). I was told the churros' and chocolate's ingredients were from Spain too! Omg, I love this place so much and I can't wait to go back!

Super yummy churros! We ordered 2 orders of churros and they were fresh and delicious! The nice lady taking our order gave us free chocolate dipping too! I think she knew it was our first time. Would definitely order again and try the drinks on their menu.

    So simple but so good!

What a great idea for a food truck! So easy but so good. You can get a little or alot, we got the 8 piece for 9$ and added Chocolate and Dulce de Leche dipping sauces, 2$ each. Fresh made, so they were still warm, perfect alone or dipped in our sauces. Light, not overly sweet and no sign of grease. You can tell by the womans accent at the truck window that these are authentic. If you have the opportunity, try them!

Woooow I love the SPANISH CHURROS! My favorite is the cinnamon sugar tossed churros! I really enjoy eating it as is. But the strawberry sauce was by far my favorite dipping side!! Highly recommend the strawberry sauce!! They have Dulce de Leche and Spanish chocolate as well. The churros are fresh and not too greasy! For someone who does not eat fried food often, these churros were fabulous and gave me NO tummy ache! I never had Chufa (Tiger Nut). And today, I tried the horchata with cold brew coffee! Not sure what kind of coffee they use and it was a bit on the sweeter side but nevertheless, VERY GOOD! I love that Horchata from Spain (horchata of chufa) is plant-based, lactose and gluten free!! Follow @thechurros101 on Instagram to see where they are frying happiness. The truck was custom built and the equipment to make the Spanish Churros were imported from Spain! Churros may sound simple, (Flour, Water& Salt) but through many trials and research, Churros 101 found their Perfect Recipe with their ingredients. (Organic high gluten Spanish flour, spring water, sea salt fried in high oleic sunflower oil) - I looked on Churros101.com to check for those with any allergies.

Finally, a Churro street vendor serving up SPANISH STYLE CHURROS! If you've had churros from Chocolateria San Gines or Chocolateria 1902 in Spain, Churros 101 is PRETTY.DARN.CLOSE!!!! Owners Encina and Certified Churrero Paul have extensively done their research to really bring Vegas a true taste of Spain! I was lucky enough to catch them at Food Truck Frenzy up in Centennial Hills, and boy, they did not disappoint! It brought me back to our time in Spain. Their churros are served hot and crispy with cinnamon sugar (Get them plain to enjoy them like they do in Spain with a side of Chocolate sauce)or filled with chocolate or dulce de leche and prices range from $5-$10 or you can even inquire about purchasing a Rosca(an uncut entire coil of fried churro goodness. Prices vary) Another taste of Spain served here is their Horchata de Chufa, made with tiger nuts as opposed to the Mexican-style rice drink which is equally delicious! Their hours and locations differ from time to time, so the best thing to do is to follow them on social media to be up to date on their whereabouts. Do you have a party coming up? They are also available for parties and private events. Looking forward to getting my next churro fix! ALOHA!!! Shaka Meter: \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ 5

Got their horchata and horchata cold brews! Yum!!

The best food truck in town. Food and cleanliness they are exceptional! And the owners are very friendly. I just wish that they could update their whereabouts more often lol. So when you see them around be sure to grab a batch because they are kinda difficult to find. Highly recommend to all foodies in town!

    (Vegan)Horchata cold brew.

This establishment serves perfect products each time I come here. My recent visit to this truck consisted of getting a order of their churros and a cup of cold brew coffee. The churros taste excellent plain with no sugar or cinnamon; absolutely hot and crispy while still tender and not chewy. They achieve peak flavor when dipped in the various sauces available: dulce de leche, Spanish chocolate, and strawberry. All the sauces have their own unique flavors and none are overly sweet. Equal in quality and taste to the churros is the cold brew I ordered. Its not just a regular cold brew, it is made with vegan horchata mixed in. I am not a coffee drinker or a vegan, but this was the best coffee beverage I have ever had. It made me want to drive back and order another cup as I was on my way home. The duo operating the truck were so friendly on top of their excellent customer service. I have repeatedly driven across town to eat these churros and I will continue to do so as long as they keep making them.

Ate them so fast forgot to take a pic first

From the jump, everything just clicked. The pacing felt natural, nothing rushed, nothing forgotten. You could tell there was intention behind the experience, but it never felt forced or overly polished. Just... dialed in. As it was a bit of a slower early evening, chef/owner Justin came to check in several times to see how we were doing and provided explanations of the food and the idea behind each bite. This not just dinner...it was an experience. I went all in on the menu and I'm glad I did, because this kitchen is not playing around. There's a confidence here that shows up on every plate. But a few dishes absolutely ran the table. The foie gras is rich in the way you want it to be, but balanced enough that you don't feel weighed down after a few bites. The wagyu carpaccio is ridiculous, melts instantly and somehow still feels light. And the toro crudo... that one didn't stand a chance. Silky, clean, just enough citrus and heat to keep it interesting. It's the kind of dish where you finish it and immediately wish you hadn't shared. And then there's the ensalada de naranjas. I ordered it three times, which honestly says everything. It shouldn't be the dish you keep thinking about, but here we are. The frisée and fried kale bring texture, the manchego gives it that salty edge, the candied walnuts add just enough crunch. But the oranges are unreal. Sweet in a way that almost doesn't make sense, no bite, no bitterness, just pure citrus perfection. You can tell they're something special, not the kind of thing you find just anywhere. What I appreciated most is that nothing felt like filler. Seafood, meat, vegetables, every dish had a purpose and actually delivered. It's rare to go through that much of a menu and not find a weak spot, but they pulled it off. And the service matched the food. Attentive, sharp, and genuinely welcoming without hovering or making it feel like a performance. The kind of service that makes the whole night flow without you even noticing it. This is the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit, trying to decide if you reorder your favorites or pretend you have self control and try something new. Either way, it's awesome.

The food largely delivers, but the ambiance left me wanting more. For a concept with so much cultural richness to draw from, the space feels like a missed opportunity. The one exception is the "e" room, an intimate 9-seat chef's experience that is creatively and beautifully decorated. I peeked in but didn't dine there as it runs around $300 to $400 per person. We started with the manchego, and it set a great tone. The raw sheep's milk flavor is tangy and bright, and the young, creamy texture pairs beautifully with the Marcona almonds. Simple and well executed. The Bikini de Jamón y Queso Manchego was one of the highlights of the night. It's a pressed sandwich of Serrano ham, Manchego cheese, and caramelized onions, served with a honey mustard sauce on the side that is excellent. Sounds simple, tastes remarkable. The Cono de Sobrasada is a cute little bite that comes in a crispy brik pastry cone filled with sobrasada Ibérica, a hint of goat cheese, and a drizzle of honey. The honey is essential here because the sobrasada is bold and intense on its own. It's a fun tapa but I expected a little more from it. For tapas, the Berenjenas Fritas a la Malagueña is a must order. Crispy fried eggplant paired with a light yogurt, lemon, and honey espuma that hits a perfect balance of salty and sweet. Don't skip it. The undisputed star of the night was the Gambas al Ajillo. Shrimp sautéed in olive oil, garlic, and chili peppers with an aroma that pulls you in before the plate even lands on the table. Mouthwatering from start to finish. We closed with the Tarta de Queso, a Basque style cheesecake made with goat cheese, finished with honey and salt. I appreciated the concept and I knew going in that this would be nothing like a traditional cheesecake. That said, I've had better versions of this dish elsewhere. This one was slightly overbaked and a touch dry, and the flavor didn't quite reach the depth it promised. Overall a memorable Spanish dinner with some real standouts. Lean into the tapas, order the gambas without hesitation, and save room for the Bikini. For the location and the caliber of the concept, $120 for two without alcohol feels like a fair deal on the Strip.

Plum wine flavored and tasty, loved it. 5. Seafood paella; like any paella it takes a while to prepare. Was not a fan of it. It was a bit bland and dry. But you can just a bit of salt to season it. 6. Beet salad; must have. Love the tender beets with who knows the sauce and dressing. Hints: 1.sit on the counter /bar to get the full experience. 2. The chef made recommendations after ordering and it was spot on. Take the chef's advice. 3. Happy hour is from 6-9pm and delicious options starting at $5.

I'm not sure how this place currently has a 4.6/5 rating. My experience was mediocre at best…read more Firstly, parking in this small plaza is a nightmare. So, give yourself ample time to play the parking lot vulture game. When you first walk in, be aware there's a dart board that people might be shooting darts at. This is definitely a safety concern if neither party is paying attention. There's not a host stand nor signage indicating if you should stand at the bar awkwardly or if you should seat yourself. So, we stood there for a couple of minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Seating is pretty limited, another thing to be aware of. There were 3 half booth/half table seats (high top) and only bar seats from what I could see. Maybe not the most ADA accessible spot. They were offering happy hour when we were there, which is neat since it was a Saturday at 7pm! They had some good options for drinks and food at $5 a pop. We looked at both the happy hour menu and regular menu. We each ordered a glass of Tempranillo wine. They had some solid options from Spain and elsewhere but not a lot of "by the glass" options. Pretty typical for a small establishment though. Sadly, the paella couldn't be served/prepared? The server stated they were out of some other items. Her wording led me to believe they just didn't have the operational capacity to make more than one paella dish at a time, which is disappointing. The food was mediocre. The octopus was definitely chewy, and seemed like sliced tako that should have been served as nigiri vs what you'd expect at a tapas spot. The bacon wrapped dates were way too big and the weird mini cleavers were not the greatest for trying to cut the food down with--they didn't have normal utensils nor napkins (just small bar napkins). I did like the pan con tomate. Honestly, this place was super disappointing--I started out with 3 stars but then realized through the course of writing this review, 3 was a reach and 2 was more appropriate. I don't think I'll come back here and especially not for a date. They have a LOT to improve on.
