Cute little cafe. Limited menu but excellent food and service. Inexpensive dining. Located next to the Shops @ the Sanctuary.

Please ignore all the 3-star reviews, I travel a lot and this is a wonderful place to stop. First,…read morevery personable staff. Warm and welcoming, clean, decor and seating needs replaced in some areas. The food was excellent, large flavoring dishes, pictured is the baked potato soup: very creamy and full of potatoes, celery and perfectly seasoned. The second picture is their roast beef Manhattan and boy was it tender, packed with savory gravy and smooth mashed potato's. The last pic is of my server Brayden. He kept our drinks full, made sure everything was delicious and we were amazed at his professionalism. Very reasonably priced!! Love it here!! Who ever rated this place 3 and 4 must not ever give 5 stars. But this Alabama girl thinks this place is amazing!! Great to stop by just about anytime of day. We will be back!!

Clean restrooms and dining area with nice comfortable decor.Only waited about 10 min to be seated. Friendly server took our order quickly and the food came promptly. My chicken panini with bacon and cheese was very good. Sweet potato fries had a little sugar added which I don't care for. My grandson's kid's meal chicken fingers were enough for an adult; 3 huge fingers and a large helping of fries. Daughter in law liked her wrap and server was timely with drink refills. 4.5 overall. Would definitely go back.

She made sure that the water was filled and that the food was perfect. I can't stay enough how amazing the food is. I feel that it is on par with the nearby farm table restaurant. The food is cooked to perfection and also uses many tasty ingredients. All the food seems to be cooked from scratch. One of the most underrated restaurants and likely a top contender for best restaurant now in Fort Wayne.

The bad: I made a reservation for bar seating since we were going dressed very casual. It was a quiet night so we didn't really need ireservations but I didn't know what to expect being our first time here. The bar seating was the problem. We were seated in a booth, no surprise there. The problem is that 60-70% of the booths in the bas area are elevated. Why is that a problem? There is nothing under your feet, no bar, no platform, nothing. So there I sat with my legs dangling like a little kid at the grown-up table. It was terrible. I should have just moved to the bar rail but I shouldn't have to. Whoever made the design decisions related to the elevated booths must have been in the NBA. This seating cost you 2 starts, it was that bad. At least I know if I go back to reserve the normal dining section or just sit at the bar rail where this is your choice of a platform for your feet or a foot rung on the chairs.

Coyote Creek Bar & Grill (Hillegas Road/just across the interstate bridge) - large menu, good food,…read moreno rush I will keep this review short. Coyote Creek is set at the golf club on Hillegas Road. It's it's south of the highway 30 over pass and north of where Coliseum Blvd meets Hillegas. We love eating here when we can sit out on the patio. Eating inside is nice as well. It is a large facility that is easy to get a table. Good for larger groups too! They have a large menu with specials. Their bar can meet most all your needs as well. Overall their prices are pretty reasonable. The team here hustles and does their best to serve you well. The picture included is for their fish, shrimp and hushpuppy entree. Lots of popcorn type fried shrimp. Fish is cooked similar to Big Eyed fish - nice and flaky, thinner batter. The hushpuppies are smaller, sweet and moist. Cole slaw is very creamy. Good choice if you like fish!

Everything was delicious!…read moreThe kitchen was short staffed, and the wait was a little longer than normal, but the food made it worth it, and our waitress was a doll, and checked in often despite most of the tables being full. The restaurant sits on a golf course, and the views are excellent. The restaurant is nice, in a classic way, which I adore. Take out is excellent, but we love dining in!
