Only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of Casey in parts. Other then him, customer service SUCKS. Josh, the sales manager there is LAZY. Went in ready to walk out with a bike and he didn't want to work with me because "it's too much work for me to mail the paperwork to your co-signer". He also told me that eagle mark savings won't work with a co-signer out of state, which was total BS. Biggs Harley Davidson took care of me just fine, through eagle marks saving bank. Unless your going in there to pick up some parts (which are over priced compared to other Harley's as well), I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. After visiting several dealers over the course of a couple months, this is the one that earned my business. Jay was able to help me find the bike that was perfect for me, which turned out to be a bike they didn't have. They didn't try pushing a bike they had on site, instead they respected what I wanted and somehow got my the exact bike I wanted to me the same day. I got to meet just about everyone working that day, and not because each of them was trying to sell me a bike like at other dealers. One thing I have to mention is that I refused to purchase a bike from a place with added dealer markup, which of course I didn't pay. I had called in the morning before my trip to the dealership to make sure what I wanted was there. The gentlemen that answered my phone call promptly told me that they had exactly what I was looking for. Upon arrival it seemed there was some miscommunication on the phone, because what I was looking for was not exactly there. After checking things out, I decided to qualify myself for a bike and come back at a later date to decide on a purchase. The gentlemen that helped me; Jay was very knowledgeable when it comes to these bikes and showed me everything that it had to offer, as this would be my first motorcycle. I walked in the door with the idea of a nice small motorcycle to start out on. Jay told me i should get a bigger bike, something I will not grow out of, something that would fit me better, or yearn for a different bike. This is one of those things that most people don't like. Needless to say if you are a mature enough person(s) then it shouldn't matter what bike you start on. Just take it slow and learn at your own pace. Worst customer service in the parts department ever! The guy in parts was either having a bad day or hates his job. I explained to him I needed a complete new left and right blinker and he just brings me a bulb. Then he finally brings out the correct item and I asked to look at it. He gives me the box taped up like I had a knife. So I continue to rip through it and I asked where the rest of it was? He had the bolts sitting in front of him but told me it's in the box. I look in the box and it's empty! When I asked for a complete left and right blinker, common sense would tell you to bring a complete left and right blinker! Don't shop here it's a joke!! read more

On March 4, 2023, I stopped by Old Town Temecula Harley Davidson to get a quote on tires for my 2014 softtail deluxe. It was about 1 hour before closing on a Saturday. Much to my surprise, the service advisor,Roy, said he could do the front tire today and the back tire next week. Great , he got the parts ready, and the mechanic, George , finished the job in a fast time and even did a check-up on the bike and let me know what should be looked at later. He was very thorough , knowledgeable, and professional when it was the end of the day on a Saturday. I returned the next week and had the rear tire installed. The service advisor ,Roy, completed the work order in the same timely and professional manner as before . The mechanic George also completed the work in a timely and professional manner as was done the previous Saturday. I'm going to revise my review of this place. I heard that em there was a change in ownership I could be wrong but regardless A lot of changes seem to have happened here at old town Harley Davidson and to be honest at least in my opinion it seems like a whole new dealership to me. Service dept seems on top of their stuff and the rest of the employees there are good. However the main reason I am changing my review is the new guy they have working on the parts dept. I didn't catch his name yet but he's the younger guy with long hair. Anyways super cool dude. Very friendly, helpful and all around just awesome to work with. A complete 360 from what I felt my last experience was there. For whatever reason I ended up going back and I'm glad I did because after the changes made its become a great place to go. Be very careful! These guys badly damaged the frame rails of my brand new HD loading it into my van right after collecting my money and have completely stonewalled me with respect to making it right. Make no mistake, these guys are 'profit first, profit only' and based on my experience have absolutely no interest in customer satisfaction or return business. This happened a while ago but it absolutely deserves a review. I have been going to Temecula Harley since we first moved here about a year and half ago to pick up parts and miscellaneous items pretty regularly. My wife and I also get clothes from time to time as well. Always have been greeted walking in the door and made some friends with the employees as well. Whiskers and KC in parts have always been awesome. Now a few months back our cars were broken into at our house and my favorite Harley backpack I use every day for my commute was stolen. We posted on social media to see if anyone might have noticed them for sale. Melissa (motorclothes manager) contacted my wife via FB and told her that she would like to replace my backpack free of charge. I was completely blown away by this act of kindness and generosity. She did not have to do this and the fact that she did firmly cemented the fact in my mind that this Harley above all others is genuinely about their customers. I have been taking bike to get serviced here and never had an issue but this time around took In for an oil change , cleaning of my filter & switching out on some parts obviously they switched my parts but my fliter was still dirty and i dont think my oil was changed i will not be coming back here if i have to question weather the work i payed for was done on my bike or not. And its one of those things that i can be told it was changed but i will never know sucks im gonna have to go pay & have it done again just to make sure its done. Went to your store today July 15 2019 approximately 1:30 pm With the intention to spend 700.00 to 800.00 dollars for HD gear. After perusing your inventory a young heavy set blond approached us ( just a description not a slam) and asked if we needed any help! I asked "well, today being Amazon prime might you have some great deals" She stated, " you won't find any prime deals here!" However we do have clearance items. I said I am looking for a vented HD jacket. She showed us a nice "First" (mfg) jacket. I asked how much is this on prime days on Amazon, bam ! Bam! You won't find anything on Amazon! Well young lady you are so wrong. As difficult as it is for HARLEY-DAVIDSON to keep its market and now your store taking on BMW, this is poor training, poor salesmanship! Oh yes the ( bam, bam) reference is she took off to go talk to an employee, rather than find our needs and wants! What a sha Reread post to ensure you and employee ( it is not a slam, it is a description) as your employee was not cordial enough to even introduce herself! I just bought my first Harley from this dealership. I never leave reviews for anywhere but as soon as I pulled up Danny came over to me and immediately understood what I was looking for. We tried for a used 48 but instead I ended up walking out with a brand new 883 for less than any of the used bikes on the lot. Danny was available the entire time from start to finish, not to mention the finance guys were updating me as I was impatiently waiting to hear the verdict. Non the less, go in and see Danny. Ive spent the last couple months in Texas and had the time to visit the Dallas and Fort Worth dealership. Here Ive had a totally different experience which was inviting and easy going.
