The place looked nice as we walked in. There was this girl bartender with an inked out arm that was rude from the start. She didn't accept a hard DMV copy of our friend's ID. Our friend got water but she continued to be rude as we were looking to order. We decided not to stay so we just thanked her at the end. Beautiful day to ride today. Sat outside for a couple beers, decided to get some food. Ordered zucchini fries - which were good. Had chicken and fries and fish and chips. Fish and chips were good but the chicken was a bit overdone. Pretty greasy overall and unfortunately the servers were slow to take orders and bring drinks- we had to go up to bar to get our own drinks. It's a great location. Food was fair. My boyfriend and I stopped here for dinner and the food and service was great. Bartenders were super friendly and they had watermelon pucker so we were able to get my favorite shots (Mexican candy.) Fun vibe for football on a Sunday. My crew of 7 + a pup came here for Sunday night football after a few hours at the wineries and it was added a great balance to the day for the guys of the group. Parking was easy and free on the street. We were happy to see the place is dog friendly inside AND out! How cool is that? The server brought treats and water for our boy and we were so happy to be inside because it was January. So many wing choices! Our crew loves wings so we got several different flavors and all were really tasty. For a bar, they had a very reasonable chicken cob salad and it was huge! Wings + Salad was a great combo to share. As of this review, they have a 15% off food with Yelp check-in. love that. They also had seltzers and some san diego local brews. Glad to see. Lots of TVs and projectors but wouldn't do the actual game sound on Sunday night so I took a star off. The sound was on for the game prior to the night game so we felt like we would get our game too - BUT THEN, music turned on. We thought it was just going to be an interlude between games but then it continued. We asked our server for the sound and she came back with a disappointing policy: Sunday night karaoke starts at 8pm so they do not play the Sunday Night Football sound even though there are HOURS between the start times because of the push back they receive when they switch it to music at 8pm. The bar was filled with football fans and it was the playoffs so I found this a very poor read of the room - and a bad choice by management. Read the room. If we hadn't ordered food already, we might have left... If you're in the area, like wings, need a dog friendly place, and its before 5pm, I would recommend coming to watch football. Decided to give this place a try since I've pretty much eaten at every spot in Old Town Temecula. My aunt & uncle came out to see my daughter in another show at the OTTT, so of course afterwards we had to quench our thirst. Arrived and sat ourselves on the patio. I liked the atmosphere and seating was spacious. Our server arrived quickly and took our drink orders, tequila shots, Coronas and some sodas. Everything arrived quickly. Our server was super efficient & kind. We ordered and got our food pretty fast. I ordered the fish & chips, my aunt got a grilled chicken salad and the uncle got a huge burger. He seemed to enjoy it because he didn't hesitate to devour it in seconds. My aunt enjoyed her large salad. As for my entree, it was not very good. The fish was over cooked and dry. I was expecting flakey fish, but got dried fish instead. They had lots of Rock playing in the background which was nice! Can't complain when dining and listening to the Stones or Zeppelin!! I wish I had gotten our servers name, she was awesome!! She tended to our every need very quickly and checked on us often! That's the type of service that deserves a good tip! All in all it was a nice place to get out from the heat, grab a drink and relax. I might have to come back and try that burger. No more fish for me HaHa! Love this places location, food is ok but I'm not sure if she owns this bar or what but man does Chelsea the bartender need to stay away from the service industry. She does not listen to half of what you say before she snaps. I constantly here her bitching at customers for something. She has an extremely short fuse. DONT COME HERE!!! Save your money. I have never been to a bar where you pay to get in yet can't actually get in. It was very frustrating paying for a service and not having access to it. To explain after paying the entrance fee you then have to wait in line to go inside, yet inside is where the bathroom is, the dance floor, the bar. We literally waited more than an hour just to get inside to use the bathroom, then wait in line for the bathroom again. AND THE STAFF.... Sooooooo RUDE! The manhandle you, side eye you, and ignore you. Take my advice and walk down the street a bit more those hard are way better ! read more

No thanks. Went Tuesday night for karaoke with 2 friends. Never again! Dropped $200 buying drinks for my friends and others at the bar. Probably one of their best customers that night. Yet, the karaoke dj was rude to me. I was asking why she hadn't called me to sing my first requested song, and a youngster, who was in the booth behind her, started arguing with me that he asked first. I told him I asked a while back when I first got there. The DJ told us both to back off! The youngster, a regular there, that she knew by name, was in her booth right behind her, while I was at her side at the edge of the booth. I understand telling the youngster to back off, but why me? Then she, the dj, said I was drunk...which I wasn't. But clearly her friend, the youngster, was....slurring his speech and bouncing off the walls. NOT COOL! She also let her boyfriend sing at least a 1/2 dozen songs while I was there, and I only got to sing one song, which was not the first one I requested. I guess it's an age thing, because I was probably the oldest guy in the place. Never again will I spend my money there. I'll karaoke with my friends elsewhere. The reason they get 2 stars is because the bartenders were cool. read more

Worst service! Honestly hate to say but tonight was most definitely a decision based upon race. I am Hispanic and the bartended took a look at me and made the decision to not change out my pitcher of beer. Clearly the keg beer was not good. I paid for it and all I Asked was for it to be replaced with something different. I insisted and was bothered because the bartender and server said they were not going to "give me free beer" ....I Paid for the pitcher in question!!! There was approximately one cup missing from it and I let them know I wanted the exact amount that was in it ,replaced. I let them know I didn't appreciate being called "Darling" and I did not appreciate them saying I wanted "free beer" "Customer service was awful! About 3pm, April 6. Male bartender. THANK YOU! I was eating lunch across the street and noticed an extremely drunk woman enter your pub with a group of friends. Clearly overserved at a DIFFERENT establishment. Maybe 10 minutes later I saw her on the ground on the side of the building alone & stumbling to the back of the building. I ran to find her, bc as a woman you have to be careful. The place was packed per usual so I'm sure it's difficult to keep eyes on every one of your patrons, especially when they were only there for such a short amount of time. I found her bleeding out back. Talked to her and came in and told you about her, asked for napkins, water and ice. You didn't hesitate, ran to the back to get the water and ice and came immediately outside to where we were. Thank you so much for your prompt actions in helping me help this woman. I was racially profiled here and told that we weren't allowed to come in. We were a group of 10 told we were "too intoxicated" when everyone else not of color and "too intoxicated" entered with no problem. The space was great. The karaoke was amazingly off key. The drafts were ice cold. The service was on point. Prices were typical. Almost sure the burgers came outta the freezer but I'm not a foodie, and it was still good along with the fries and onion rings. I was fucking shook, asked my friend to come with me to the Woman's restroom. Luckily nothing bad happened to me but the man was NOT using the restroom. Even offered my friend cocaine.
