I pulled up on my bike excited to check this place out for the first time but the service completely ruined the experience. I sat at the indoor bar for about twenty minutes with three bartenders working and watched them check on multiple people around me some more than once while walking right past me without any acknowledgment at all. Eventually one bartender asked if I needed anything so I ordered an 805 and asked about food since it was my first time. She handed me a menu opened a tab and I went outside to sit and look it over. That is where things got worse. I sat outside for nearly two hours with an empty beer sitting in front of me for at least thirty minutes while servers came out multiple times and took care of people sitting right next to me bringing drinks and checking on them but never once making eye contact or asking if I needed anything else. At that point it felt disrespectful. I am a patient person but being completely overlooked like that especially when others are clearly being taken care of is not acceptable. First impressions matter and unfortunately this one missed the mark and I will not be coming back. read more

Karaoke on Wednesday nights is a whole vibe. We happened to stop in after having drinks elsewhere and were so glad we did. It was so fun and lighthearted, not too busy, and we got our beers pretty quickly. We just stood at the bar and danced and sang along to the songs people were doing for karaoke. Walked into this pub to pass time. Surprisingly they had what's called a breakfast shot. Very refreshing treat! Service was great as well. Venue is an open space with TVs. Stopped in for a beer and some people watching on a Saturday mid day and it was perfect for both. Big bar with access inside and from the balcony so we had a great spot overlooking Front Street and got a couple rounds easy while we kept our seats on the balcony patio. Place got packed as we sat for a bit and we saw many enjoying various food and drinks options. It's a bar- with a great view of cars and pedestrian traffic on Front Street. The place has a weird layout, for OTT it's off the beaten path, and the restrooms need serious attention. We were hungover and this place was great. Great staff, great drinks and they allow kids until 8. The place pops off at night so go early and enjoy their incredible food. It's taken me a bit to post this but I want to make sure people are aware of what is going on in Old Town. Last Friday night when my daughter and her friend were leaving Pub and Grub, they were approached and attacked by two men. My daughter's friend was knocked unconscious, and the men tried to force her into a car. Luckily, she managed to get away, saw a Temecula sheriff driving on Front Street and ran to the Sheriff's car. I have since learned this is not the first time this scenario has happened and that there are more and more occurrences of people being drugged and attacked while out in Old Town I am posting this here to hopefully make people aware not just for yourself but to watch out for other people as well. Wife and I stopped by for some more food and drinks during our time in Temecula. I was craving a burger and got the cheeseburger with fries. Probably one of the best burgers I ever had as far as a simple burger. Seasoning was perfect. Fresh produce on top. Bun was perfect. And the fries were seasoned perfectly!!! It's a dive bar, we normally like dive bar atmospheres. It seemed cool inside, they were singing karaoke. We stood at the half empty bar for around 10 min or so before getting served by the extremely bitchy bartender. He ordered a beer, no problems there. I asked if they had anything low sugar, she said no, just beer. I asked if she would try making a lemon drop martini with no simple syrup, she said no. She was not cute enough to be as rude as she was. I have no problem with a bartender saying no they don't know that drink or at least politely say no, but she thought she was something that she was not, and I won't be back here. at first, I was hesitant to try a new spot, however was met with kind faces and great hospitality! Old Town Pub has become a regular stop for me now. The bartenders Johnny, Scotty, JT, and Joey are awesome, as well as Michael the bar back! Not to mention, General Manager Tony is great as well! They have EXCELLENT customer service and are very polite! I feel at home here! The food here is great, however would love to see mozzarella sticks on the menu. 5/19/24 My boyfriend ordered an ice tea from the bartender. There were two working. I did not know which one helped him cause I went to use the ladies room. The ice tea tasted super old so I returned it. I went up to one of the bartenders to cash me out and I asked for me receipt. As I asked for my receipt, she walked away as I was speaking and ignored me. I asked the tall bartender if she took off my ice tea. The taller one said, "Did you tell me (*horrible tone)," I said, "I told the other one, I don't know if that was communicated". She gave me my cash and I asked for my receipt a second time. After I paid, the taller one, started saying things like I didn't believe her and talking nonsense. For one, I never questioned your honesty, first off, I simply asked if my iced tea was removed from my bill. Bartender was very defensive for no reason. All you had to say was "yes it was removed". The bartender with prescriptions was nice. It was the taller one with issues. At least if you're going to talk negativity about a customer, how about you wait and do it in the break room and not do it infront of other customers and me?! I know the owner may or may not read this, and may not even care, it is a bar anyways and most bars are known for bad service. I would give zero stars if Yelp allowed it. read more

Never been here before, but my buddy said to meet him here since he owed me a drink, lol. It's a cute little pub located in Old Town Temecula. I was late because parking is hard to come by especially in the evenings when people come in for happy hour after work. Walked in and he was already seated at the bar waiting for me, drink in hand. He loves that Jack 'n Coke! While I was parking, and since he beat me there, he ordered my drink. Idk what it was but it was damn good!! I told him anything fruity so I guess that's what he told the bartender, lol. Girly drink, yes please! We weren't that hungry but we did snack on the cheese curds (that whole CA thing about having to order food and not just alcohol). They were great! I don't like when you bite into fried cheese and it doesn't do the ooey gooey string thing (you know what I'm talking about!). These were it!! Asked the bartender for ranch and made them even better. Place is chill and they have a huge TV on the wall so you can catch a game while seated at the bar. Seating is also available outside. Staff was nice and friendly. They all wear masks. Stopped by with husband for a quick drink on a beautiful Sunday after shopping at the farmer's market. Never been but we chose this place because of the outdoor seating, looked like the perfect perch to relax a bit and people watch. Can't vouch for the food or nightlife, but I can tell both the bartender and the margarita were horrendous! Im not sure what this woman's problem was, but the minute we walked in she looked annoyed. Perhaps bc I asked what kind of wine there was? Not a wine place, I guess, weird of me to ask in the middle of.wine country?? Anyway, I took a cue from her unfriendly response, we took a seat outside and ordered a beer and margarita from the more friendly server. The margarita was sickeningly sweet and tasted so synthetic, I had to ask the bartender for another drink. I asked if she could.just give me the house white wine (another gamble, for sure), and she gave me look of digust and said, "I don't do that". As I started to say ok not a problem, forget it, she grabbed the drink, threw it away forcefully in the sink, starting walking away and muttered "I'll just make.you another one." Again I said "don't bother it's ok, ill just pay for that", she ignored me and audibly began "whispering" about me to another customer. I could hear it, so rude it was almost comical. We just left money for.both drinks and left! Place wasn't busy at all, we were 2 of maybe 6 or 7 people in the entire place, so not sure what her attitude was all about.
