The guy in the office could've been a manager? I hope not, cause your customer service suuuuuucks. You get off yer phone call and then another commercial contract comes in to yuck it up. Instead of getting up and handling my small potatoes question, you sit there and giggle and play. That is unacceptable. The guy at the counter went in there three times to tell you I was waiting, but apparently, you couldn't be bothered. I would say I would say "I will never go back," but thankfully, your staff is better at this than you. Do better, it ain't hard unless it is, then you sir, are in the wrong business.

Contacted the owner himself who came to my home who looks at the house and tries to tell me its just dirty and I need a power wash. I showed him photos from other points of views with high def cameras on HD zoom and he still proceeds to tell me its dirt and that I basically am seeing things. Expressed to him how all i needed was a touchup considering we hired them to paint a house that was well over 2400 sqft with a warranty to which he basically said no, and would charge regular price for a power wash and touchup, but hed take good care of me. Complete used car salesman vibe completed at this point. This warranty isnt worth its weight in toilet paper at this point. Photos attached, you tell me if this looks like natural fading or paint failure. Hired another paint company to do the touchups who agreed that they could even see where their brushes were weak or where the paint didnt adhere. The support staff of this company was great in 2021 during the pandemic, super respectful and professional, but from what people have told me, those people are long gone because of owner. Not surprised.

And once again Lowe's completely came through for me. I've always felt like Lowe's has a little more of the home and garden decor vibe compared to other hardware stores. It feels a little more curated and easier to find those farmhouse or outdoor pieces that actually feel pretty and functional. Not only did I find the perfect white trellis for the exact space I had in mind, but it was over 90% off. Total score moment. I also found the perfect farmhouse-style white rectangular planter for the bougainvillea I had just picked up, and it ended up looking so gorgeous together. Honestly I left way happier than expected after originally feeling disappointed not finding anything at the first store. Helpful tip: Definitely check the clearance garden section because apparently that's where the magic was hiding this trip. So glad I decided to make the extra stop because Lowe's really delivered for me yet again.
