A beautiful chipper was delivered as promised and we were able to use it until our chipper was replaced. I made the reservation the next morning and was off to pick it up and get the job done. These folks were friendly and professional at all levels. The yard and showroom were clean and organized as well as being chock full of odd and obscure rental equipment for contractors as well as the DIY homeowner. Everything was clean an all appeared to be well maintained. The long & short of it all, I WILL be contacting these guys FIRST for any of my future rental needs. I rented it on Friday afternoon, used the unit on Saturday but told them I wouldn't be able to return it until Monday morning. They said that they wouldn't charge more more if I returned it early Monday morning; which I did. They charged me $88 more. Tip. Buy an air scrubber on Amazon for $450 that includes filters and if you don't need it, resell it and save a bundle.
