We learned that Sequoia sells MD vacs, but also sells their own-branded version of the very same vacuums. However, theirs are blue, so we chose an MD-branded vacuum (giving up the lifetime warranty that comes with the Sequoia-branded version). Nicole placed the order for the vacuum, and then called us once it was finally shipped (MD closed over the holidays), and set a delivery date/time. Larry & Julien showed up in the middle of the time window, and quickly and professionally installed the unit for a very reasonable fee. (Our house was pre-plumbed for a central vac, but never had one installed.) After installation, Larry tested all our outlets to make sure they worked (we're still waiting on parts from another vendor, so couldn't test the system ourselves). The entire experience was pretty much perfect. No sales pressure of any kind, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended.
