I'll be honest car sales man/owner is I believe European and gets cars imported from over seas. The cars he gets he fixes it up so it can start and drive off. Before purchasing the car he let me do a detail inspection and we were able to make a deal I purchased the bmw for 1500 he was originally selling it for 5k but after showing him all the issues and how much imma have to pay to fix it up he took the deal. I saw 2 other reviews that say they were taking advantage of but think about for a second You're getting a used car from over seas of course it's gonna have issues. Just know what to look for. The guy was cool and nice and he allowed me to take it to a mechanic that was down the street. Even though he said he has a mechanic he still let me take it to someone else. Only reason why I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because the communication was a little annoying but overall great experience. While young by car salesman standards, my salesman Sina H. was a complete professional. All was going well- that is until we stepped into the finance office. The "F & I" guy as they're known in this business was a complete snake oil salesman who tried repeatedly to work the numbers to "pad the deal" with well over $5,000 in bogus fees. I know his job is to make as much profit for the dealership as possible, but after buying vehicles for over 45+ years I knew a thing or two, and pointing out each "additional fee" in detail, this caused him to become very irate. This soon led to him literally slamming his notepad on his desk while exclaiming, and I quote, "well then, get the fuck out of my office!" He was even attempting to charge me almost DOUBLE the tax as I was an out of state buyer, most likely hoping I wouldn't catch this additional dishonesty. On the way out the salesman stopped me and asked what had happened to make me leave and cancel this deal he had spent so many hours on. I simply told him (and in front of a packed dealership full of prospective customers!) that the finance guy was "one crooked sonofabitch," and therefore I was leaving. (A week later I bought a brand new leftover 2025 Grand Cherokee from a friendly, respectable, HONEST dealership in Panama City, FL. Not for nothing, two customers who were privy to my discussion with said salesman walked out right behind me, shaking their heads, saying, "good for you!" Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram should be avoided at ALL costs!!!

THIS IS AN ENGINEERING ISSUE AT THE MANUFACTURER LEVEL. Mazda corporation claims that the dealership is unable to recreate. I have a loaner vehicle, same make and model and the issue is also present in this vehicle. I have identified a fix by folding and piece of paper and placing it between the I-Stop button and dashboard. This disables the I-Stop feature and eliminates the hesitation during acceleration. I simply want my vehicle repaired or I can take it to my mechanic and pay to have the feature permanently disabled. I need to move forward from this issue and need Mazda Corporation to make a decision. Purchasing a Mazda CX90, buyer beware! Look it up online as this is a known issue.

Desde el inicio, el financista me hizo sentir que me estaba haciendo un favor y que estaba consiguiendo un excelente trato por un Toyota Corolla SE 2024 el cual comencé a financiar en febrero de ese mismo año. Lamentablemente, eso no fue lo que ocurrió. El contrato fue a 72 meses con un APR de 5.99 y un down payment que puse de 5000 $. El problema no fue el APR si no como el financista infló el valor de un carro de 26 000 $ out of the door a 32 000 $ sin tener en cuenta que ya había dado 5000 $ de down payment es decir que ya lo que se debía financiar eran 21.000 $ nada más. Es decir, ¿cómo terminas pagando 50.000 $ por un carro que su precio a financiar debía haber sido 21.000 $ ? Por falta de experiencia y total desconocimiento confié en lo que me decía. Sin embargo, después de analizar el contrato con calma y asesorarme, me di cuenta de que el costo total del vehículo estaba muy inflado, en más de 20.000 $ debido a intereses y cargos que no fueron claramente explicados. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander from this company in April of 2020. As the weather turned…read morecolder here the passenger side front bumper cover started coming loose and flapping against the car. Took the vehicle to a local body shop to find out the front end was swayed to one side because the frame was tack welded on the passenger side and kinked on the other. Because the front end was swayed their shop had glued the front bumper cover on to try to hold it. Was told that because of the frame damage the vehicle wasn't safe to drive. I spent over $4000 pulling the motor, cutting away the damaged frame and welding in new frame pieces. I have receipts and photos of the frame damage. The car had a clean title and they advertise that their vehicles are repaired to factory standards. That wasn't the case with our vehicle as multiple repair shops locally advised we not drive the vehicle in the condition we received it. Attached are several photos of the frame before we fixed it. *** update and reply to your reply We did not wait a year to contact you. We have made several phone calls to you and messages were not returned. The number we had been texting you at was all of sudden getting no replies and no returned calls when we presented the problem to you back in June of 2020. I emailed you Dec 1,2020 once all the repairs had been made giving you a chance to reply or I would be leaving a negative review. (Screen shot attached) 4 months waiting for a reply and nothing. I will be attaching copies of the estimates from June of 2020 when front bumper cover did indeed come loose and we took it in to be looked plat and found there was significant damage as described above. I have attached a copy of the repairs we had done in June as we weren't able to get the frame fixed until a later date due to CoVid. I am looking for those papers and will post when I find them. We contacted eBay after we discovered the issues and they were unable to help since it was past their 45 day window. I have also attached pictures of my vehicle after the accident it was in before your company took ownership of it. I also attached the the insurance adjusters report showing the damage estimate repair cost over 19,000. I am posting this to advise others to make sure to thoroughly inspect a vehicle before purchasing and have a reputable body shop inspect it as well.

Within a short time after we spoke, someone else called her about the car and they had the money ready to buy. The next time I spoke with her, she told me about the call and said "I gave you my word and I'm working with you until you let me know what you want to do." At that time, I told her I wanted to buy the car. She didn't take the money that was offered to her after she spoke with me. She honored her word and because of that, I'm truly grateful. I flew to Miami to meet them and pay for my dream car, the Lexus LS 460. When I got to Miami, the car was exactly as described. They go the extra mile to make everything right. I flew back home after paying them for the car and the next day she posted a video showing my vehicle on the transporter being shipped to me. Not only a 5 star review but if I could give 10 stars, I would. You just don't run into people today with the honesty and integrity that Mirleyn and Maykel possess. Drove an hour-plus with my entire family--kids in tow, excited about what seemed like a great deal on a vehicle advertised online only to have my time wasted and get slapped in the face with the most blatant, shameless fraud I've ever encountered. Bomnin Chevrolet isn't a dealership; it's a criminal enterprise disguised as one. From the first phone call, they lied through their teeth. It started on the phone on Friday at 5:05 PM: I spoke with someone identified as Roberto who assured me the specific vehicle I wanted was on the lot that was listed on their website with their stock number, available at the advertised price, ready to go. "Roberto" even coordinated with me via text - he messaged me to let them know when I arrived so he could meet me right away. Guess what? Roberto doesn't exist. Or if he does, he's a ghost. I texted multiple times upon arrival, and when the problem arose of no vehicle - there was no response. Once I was physically there wasting my afternoon, the texts suddenly stopped. Vanished. Classic bait to lure you in. Then there's "Maria" - another phantom employee who supposedly is a Manager. No real person, just a name used to string you along with automated or fake follow-ups that go nowhere. Once inside, the floor management couldn't care less. They admitted the vehicle wasn't actually there, pulled a straight-up bait-and-switch, and tried to tell me they can arrange for the vehicle once it got there - they lied once, why not a second time. They said they would make it up to me by giving me a terrific deal... The "savings" they advertised and the terrific deal? Completely erased by a mountain of back-end fees, add-ons, and hidden charges that no one discloses upfront. The pricing structure is a total lie - what you see online bears no resemblance to what they'll actually charge. No apologies, no accountability--just more runaround and pressure tactics to try forcing a sale. Everyone passes the buck, no one owns the misrepresentations, and management just shrugs like this is normal business. It's predatory. They waste your time, lie to get you in the door, then hit you with the real (inflated) numbers hoping you'll cave out of frustration or desperation. This isn't just bad customer service - it's deliberate deception. I felt scammed, disrespected, and furious that I dragged my family through traffic for nothing but lies and runaround. This place preys on families, wastes your time and gas, disrespects you, and treats customers like idiots to be fleeced. It's not incompetence; it's deliberate deception--false advertising, inventory lies, ghosting, and fee-gouging designed to trap people. I've seen enough complaints online (Yelp, BBB, DealerRater, Reddit) to know this is their business model: bait with fake deals, switch hard, and laugh all the way to the bank. If you're thinking of buying from Bomnin Chevrolet, don't. Go anywhere else. Avoid Bomnin Chevrolet Dadeland like the plague and at all costs. They're not "#1 in sales" because they're good--they're #1 because they're the most ruthless scammers in Florida. Their tagline should be #1 LYING Chevrolet dealer. Report them to the FTC, BBB, Florida AG--whatever it takes. I regret every second I gave these crooks. Zero stars. Absolute trash. Never again, and shame on anyone who defends them.
