Did a walk-in for the first time to get a couples tattoo with my husband for our anniversary. Mike was not in, but we were blessed to be tatted by a super cool, Pialla. Funny guy, friendly, patient and had a good vibe. He did a couple fine lines for us and we were in and out in under an hour, thanks for another great experience. Highly recommended every time!

I had a wonderful experience at Old Rose Tattoo. I was welcomed right away! I told the them that I was a walk-in and wanted to check out their work. The shop has a ton of tattoos all over the walls to choose from. D.Silva was able to do my tattoo and it turned out perfectly. He was very friendly throughout the entire process and even gave me some aftercare instructions and a sample of aftercare product. I highly recommend this tattoo shop and will be back.

I've been wanting to get my first tattoo for a while now and my mom found this one. I wanted to get something small on my right forearm, as shown in the photo. The process was smooth. Put down my deposit and rest is history. My tattoo artist, David, knew what I want and made this process so easy even I had felt lightheaded twice and took breaks. All in all, I'd recommend this place to get your first.

I had my conch and loves pierced here and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was professional, clean, and comforting. The piercer [ Dom ] was so knowledgeable and kind -- she made me feel completely at ease and confident in her work. ( she even has a stress ball you can use ) What really stood out was how thorough and clear her aftercare instructions were. I followed them exactly, and I've had the easiest healing process imaginable (: No issues, no irritation just a beautiful, perfectly placed piercing that I absolutely love so much ! If you're considering getting pierced, this is the place to go ! Trust her process, follow her instructions, and you'll have the perfect piercing too. Can't recommend her enough!

In response to the owner. Yes, I could have gotten a free touch up. But with the over 30+ tattoos I've collected over the years, all over the United States, not a single one of them has needed a touch up or reworking. They, even some being over 15 years old, had held the integrity and quality of the artist. This experience was, and even now still is, absolutely unacceptable and honestly your response is quite unprofessional. I have never had an infected, botched tattoo in my life and even now still getting tattooed my tattoo aftercare is stellar. Every single one of my tattoos have held, healed exceptionally, and look gorgeous (other than the one your shop did).

We had a great experience getting my 7 year old daughter's ears pierced. She was super excited. Mike helped make it a fun experience for her. He showed her the little display of earrings she could choose from (I liked that it was a small display so while she got to make a decision, it didn't take forever). He explained what he was doing, spent a good amount of time making sure the pen dots were perfect, he communicated well so my daughter knew when to be still, when to breathe, when she could relax. My daughter didn't even get a tear in her eye. Everything looked super clean, nothing was rushed or weird. The cost was $60 total, it took about 20 minutes. Overall, it was a 5 star experience.

My fist experience in a tattoo shop with my very first tattoo! David Flores did an excellent job with making me comfortable with the whole experience. I came with my daughter who has many tattoos and recommended David Flores, he designed our tattoos and I wanted something extra and he did not hesitate to do what I asked - thank you for that! *this is my response to the owner's response to my original review* Yes I know about the problems with finger tattoos, and mentioned in my review that they told me finger tattoos aren't the best. How the ink took or how it healed is not my complaint. That does not apply to any of my other complaints about her execution of the work. My "friend" aka husband NEVER TOLD ME OR HER TO MOVE IT TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. That is a complete LIE to state that in your response. He knows I wanted it there and never told me to move it. The song lyric is "lady finger ... writing what for across the morning sky", so moving it defeats the idea of the tattoo, you are wrong to tell me my husband said to move it. What Jade drew was 100% free hand drawn from her after only looking at my drawing. I can tell you for sure because her first try at it had the line going all the way through the W, not at all what I had drawn and she acted like it was no big deal that she completely redrew it incorrectly, as if she didn't even notice. I had to correct her more than once in fact! Another way you are wrong to claim she copied my design exactly is because from the beginning she told me I should space the letters further apart, I agreed and she changed that part (I thought), when in reality she actually made them closer! We agreed about how the letter A needed to change so that part is different from my original. More differences from my original, she connected the T to the line on the bottom instead of leaving a space, and didn't connect the R to the ? Your response to me is clearly full of lies and trying to save face here. My original drawings are now posted in the pictures with the measurements to prove you are wrong. The spacing between the words in my drawings are both 1/4in, she placed them 3/16in, this might not sound like much but when it's 1/4 of the entire space that's 25% of the space and is visibly different. The letters o and r in the word "for" in my drawing are 1/16in apart, the tattoo she put on me has those letters so close I cannot even measure between the letters at all! This closer spacing all from someone who told me moments before that she needed to space the letters out more... She didn't make the F anything like my drawings which also shows you're not being honest about her copying my drawing exactly. The picture in the link you shared is not the one we decided on. There were 5 different drawings of it and we decided on the second to bottom one not shown in your picture. And from there she made changes, 5 in fact, but only one that I did agree on (the letter A). I am also including a picture that shows all 4 of my drawings. If it's the top one she went with for her stencil that means she did not listen to my request at all. My drawing is very different from what she put on me. Very disappointed in all of it including your bs response.

Whenever I see a new artist or go to a new shop, I always get anxious. I've had bad experiences of the artists being rude or not welcoming, but this was the total opposite experience at Old Rose. It was welcoming, clean and there was so much beautiful art to look at. I got work done by David Flores and I am SO happy with my tattoo. I will definitely be booking another appointment.

The host was very nice very sweet. Over the phone I called at 7 she said they closed at 8 I asked if I could still come in for a tattoo. She said yes depending on how big of a tattoo you want they will let you know if they have time to do it or not. I get there in 10 minutes exactly. I literally want a butterfly very small very simple no color. The most basic butterfly you could possibly get. She said they can't do it the artist were still working on other tattoos. I feel If you knew the artist were still going to be working on tattoos until closing then what was the point of even suggesting they could possibly do it? But again she was still very sweet as I left I mentioned I wish she would have told me that over the phone. She apologized again and someone ( I'm assuming an artist) says from behind the front desk. "She did tell you that." Which in my option was very rude and unprofessional! read more

I've gotten my last couple tattoos here by Mike D. I love them all and have had a rad experience each time. I've come in for some walk ins and both Mike D and Aaron were nice enough to squeeze in some time and gave me some cool pieces. All the guys here are great. You can come in for pretty much anything. Clean lines and great vibes from Mikey D. Old rose is always my first choice when I get that itch for a new tattoo. The girls at the front desk are always super nice and helpful too. This was my first experience with a shop in the area and I'm so glad we came here. Mike D did an amazing job. He was helpful, honest, and genuinely took interest in my vision. I've been tattooed by three of the artists here and found each one to be professional, talented and easy going. When my kids came of age, they both got work from Aaron Mason. Can't really give a higher recommendation than that. ORT is clean, well-lit and well-stocked. Staff is friendly, courteous and super creative. These guys (and gals) love their craft and it shows. Made a last minute call to see if they could squeeze an appointment in. I dealt with Aaron and he was super accommodating and easy to work with. They got me in and worked with my schedule (needed a babysitter). The shop is in a nice location. Looks nice from the parking lot...classy signage and well marked. Parking was easy. But, inside is where it really shines! Beautifully decorated with traditional tattoo flash that is interesting, colorful and well displayed. Plus, it's flash that people would actually want! Nice, comfortable waiting area with portfolios from the artists for your review. I really liked the collection of art and taxidermy that was presented in addition to the flash. Really a neat feeling place...a good vibe. Music was playing, but not so loudly you couldn't talk. And, clean! The place was super, super clean! Which, obviously is a huge concern for a tattoo shop. Aaron greeted me and showed me the piece he'd drawn up. It was nearly perfect! He quickly made the small additions I asked for and got to work. A comfortable and clean table to lie on while he tattooed, an easy going attitude and a skilled hand. Great, very clean lines! I was very impressed with his skill, both what he did and in his portfolio. What a great find in the Temecula valley. I've been tattooed in some really well known shops (sunset strip, the shamrock social club, etc.) and this place definitely competes with them. Even outshines them on design and cleanliness. If you're thinking of getting tattooed in the Temecula valley, this is the place. read more

I had a piece of Celtic art done at Old Rose by an artist named Sterling Barck. It was in my layman's opinion, a relatively complex tattoo with lots of different shades of color and a fair amount of detail. He did a spectacular job! It came out even better than I imagined. He was extremely patient, methodical and friendly. Because his portfolio indicates a preference for American traditional, the perception might be that my tat might have been a bit out of his wheelhouse. Not true! He demonstrated great versatility in his art form and the tattoo came out beautifully. I have another piece I'm getting done very soon and I'm going straight back to Sterling. If a tattoo is in your future, I highly suggest heading over to Old Rose and having a chat with Sterling. read more

Went in to get my very first tattoo ever and Mike D. was extremely accommodating and so helpful in making me feel at home and at ease. One thing I've always known to be true with tattoo artists is that they have an ego...it makes it intimidating to even step into a shop actually speak to an artist without feeling tiny. Well, this was the opposite with Mike. I myself am a Hair/Make-Up artist and I pride myself on customer service and making my clients feel welcome. Mike did just that! He was sweet, wanted to get to know me on a personal level and really understood what the piece of artwork meant to me. He created my piece according to our previous conversations and he also chose the placement of the art piece. I've received nothing but the greatest of compliments due to his extremely clean artwork and amazing clean lines. His shadowing technique popped the artwork in such a way that it looks life like. Now let me remind you, it took me 3 years of convincing to get this tattoo, and so many other artists had offered to do it, yet I knew I had faith in Mike in knowing he would do an exceptional job! Thanks again to Mike for a great experience and amazing artwork! Will definitely be back for more in the near future! read more

I went in tonight to get a tattoo with Aaron Mason. I can't even tell you what a big sissy I am about pain, but he treated me with respect and kindness. I was for sure given the "sissy treatment" and couldn't be happier! I had an official drink holder "Tony" and an emotional support/comic relief guy, I think his name was Mike.... This new studio is in a great location! The atmosphere is great and the artists are easy to talk to. If you want a variety of artists with great skills I recommend to come here. I've been coming to get tattooed at this shop since it opened, and ALL of the staff are kind, helpful and talented artists. I've been getting tattooed specifically by Jasmine Wright for nearly 9 years and have a long list of friends who are clients as well- we always leave completely satisfied. History

Established in 2015.

Aaron Mason and David Flores opened Old Rose October 2015. Aaron Has been tattooing in the Temecula for the past 13 years and David the past 4 years. The crew at Old Rose are all experienced well seasoned artist. Mike Cuervo, Mike D, Daniel Silva (crazyheart Leather), Joe Reyna, Frank Caraccioli from Kings Ave in New York, and Jasmine Wright from San Diego. Come check us out.

One of our tattoo artists, Mike Cuervo, also serves as our piercer. Belly button piercings are $50, and that price does include the cost of jewelry. Mike works Wednesday-Sunday, 11-8. Call the shop to inquire about piercing availability.

Do you guys accept credit card?

Most of our artists accept credit/debit card. However, an 8% sales tax must be added to every charge. If you prefer to pay in cash, there is an ATM machine available in our business plaza as well.

Super rad shop. All the artist, as a team, make for one cool family of peeps. Customer service is on point. Be cool and get cool in return. Swung by for the Tats for toys drive. Really amazing to see all those toys raised for the kids. What a busy day of tattooing for the ORT team for such a great cause. Always a feel good moment to be a part of communities that pull together to give back. Even with the chaos of $20 tats, the team stayed in check and on point with everything. Their tats were all bomb and worth way more than what was paid. I hope everyone was tipping heavy! Any one of these artist are worth coming back to grab another banger from, regardless of a discounted price. I can't wait to get back in and set up my next session with one of these guys. This shop is a must to stop by and check out if in the area. If you are ink challenged then put your fear in your past and let them guide your way, I don't think you will be disappointed. If your a collector, such as myself, it's a great spot to add another slammer you can be ready to show off. Shop was cool, lots of traditional flash/art everywhere. Parking lot provides plenty of parking and lots of other businesses in area, including food, in case you have a wait. As an added bonus, Chill Bill is up front with his needles too. My fiance and I were traveling in Southern California for the holidays and decided to book apointments with Mike Daigneault. She needed a complete "save" of a shoulder piece she had started a few years back that was poorly done and never finished. This sort of work can be challenging but Mike knocked it out of the park. The finished product is now bright and bold with super clean outlines. Also, my fiance doesn't do particularly well sitting for tattoos, but Mike kept the positivity and jokes rolling the whole time to help her cruise right through it. When she was done, we moved right along to me. I gave him the challenge of a sunflower on the top of my left hand, and yet again... he absolutely killed it! This one is very sentimental to me, and I could not be happier with the final product. Mike specializes in bright/bold American traditional, so for him to knock out 2 fairly challenging pieces like this was quite impressive. I am extremely particular about my tattoos, and I would reccomend Mike D. at Old Rose Tattoo in Temecula to anyone. He is an amazing tattooist, and a phenomenal person. This is a one of a kind shop. Visually, it is mind blowing. The shop is really well put together and definitely keeps yours eyes wandering with everything on the wall, from all of the flash to the taxidermy. The location is killer too, right next to a bunch of food places and a mall. This is by far the nicest shop in Riverside County, hands down. I've been tattoo'd by multiple people at this location, Aaron M., Dave F., and Mike D. All of which I get multiple compliments on whenever they are noticed. Everyone there is super nice, listen to you and willing to help you in any way; whether it's where you think the tattoo should be placed on you, any opinions on certain colors, and how to have it heal well. This is a stand-up crew who all are endearing and helpful. I encourage anyone that is planning on getting a tattoo, if you are in the area or willing to commute, take a look at everyone at this shop. Honestly I knew I was in good hands as soon as I walked in. I've been to a couple other shops around Temecula and I was never too impressed nor felt completely welcomed. But here at Old Rose I was assisted right away and everyone at the shop was genuinely cool with great hospitality. Despite being a walk in I was made felt important. Mike D was the talented genius that assisted me. I threw some ideas at him and he surpassed them completely. He sincerely looked excited for the tattoo he was giving me and you could tell he really cares that his customers leave the shop with the best experience. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a tattoo done. The tattoo came out so great, I couldn't have asked for a better one. Being a Creative Director, I was extremely picky on choosing a tattoo artist. I searched hundreds of artist from Riverside, San Diego and even Los Angeles. I was recommended to try out David Flores and hands down, the best tattoo artist! Not only was his work amazing, the shop was extremely clean and every single artist was extremely nice. The reason I got a tattoo was because my cousin passed away and my entire family (I think there was at least 15 of us) came here to get our memorial tatts. The shop accommodated us and even came in on their days off to tattoo us before the funeral. I'll never go anywhere else!!!!!
