There are ways that the food could be packaged to preserve some of the heat. The meat should be wrapped in foil to keep the styrofoam box from making it soggy. My boyfriend had the special which was short ribs. For his two sides, he had greens and green beans. The short rib was perfectly tender and absolutely delicious full of flavor and moist for him. The green beans and the greens were also perfect as well full of flavor, just enough fat and butter. It's a great little date spot or a family dinner. My wife got the turkey meal (not pictured, sorry) and it reminded me exactly of the tom turkey meal I used to get at the diner in NY when I was a growing up! The restaurant is large, bright, and clean though I think it tries to give southern kitchen when really they should probably lean more into the Greek diner vibes.
