A bit of organized chaos to pick up an online order. If their food wasn't so good we might reconsider ordering from them. Tacos are amazing! Elote salad is dive-in delicious. Fun ambiance if you dine in- order at counter and get a number when your order is ready. No alcohol - soft drinks only

The food was delicious. While it is a bit pricier than other locations, the food taste great and the portions are very large. The service is great, the person taking my order let me sample the al pastor to see if I liked it and was very accommodating to the modifications I made to my bowl. The ambiance was laid back and relaxing. The food came out very quick.

While shopping at The North Face, an employee recommended this place. I'm glad he did. Service was great and the elote bowl & the carne asada tacos did not disappoint. They were so flavorful. The Cali Swag burrito on the other hand was a bit of a disappointment. I would have preferred my burrito with less fries and more meat. Other than that, if your looking for some decent tacos this place is it. I will definitely be back.

We have never been to the Rochester location but have always wanted to. When we saw that Victor had a location, we were eager to stop in. Located across from Eastview Mall, behind prior North Face location. Modern indoor décor, music was a bit louder than I would like but very bright and colorful aesthetic. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Street parking available in the front of the location, which was simple. Multiple options on the menu with fish, shrimp, pork, chicken, and beef as well as some vegetarian options. Portions are large and easily shared. I had a variety of tacos served with chips and salsa. The hot salsa was hotter than I expected, so if you like more of medium salsa I would get the milder one. The tacos were all very flavorful, chips were fresh. Fountain soda available, no alcohol on the menu (that I saw). They have take-out available as well. Highly recommend checking out the menu and stopping in or getting take-out.

I was pleasantly surprised by the bold yet balanced flavors in the Elote Bowl. Our Carnitas Quesadilla was also delicious. The pork was moist and had the slightest but perfect amount of crunch and chew. I will definitely go back because there are more menu items I need to try. Some people may disagree, but my 3 star rating would be higher if the place was more comfortable and pleasant to eat in. While there's some colorful decorations, overall the high warehouse ceiling along with the hard metal chairs scraping on bare concrete floors create unpleasant cavernous sounds. I feel like they are going for eat and leave please. There's some outside dining available. Overall, really good food but not a great place if you want to relax and have a conversation.

We eat at Old Pueblo Grill weekly -- can't recommend it enough! Tons of great menu options, consistently delicious food, and awesome, friendly staff.

However Clarissa, one of the owners opened the door and let me wait inside. She was also our server and awesome to speak with. It's a nice cozy space right on Main Street Victor. Plenty of parking in front or out back. The food was great. We started with an "off menu" cucumber salad that was reminiscent of kimchi without the fermentation(see pic). My friend is more of a regular and asked for it. It was Delish, crisp, and slightly spicy but not overwhelming. We both had a soup that was a combo of the Somlar Machu and Num Banh Chok with Shrimp. It had a great curry flavor with a bit of the sour hints you would find in a tom yum. It was just spicy enough to make you know it had heat but not too much to blow out your taste buds. I had to run out for a meeting and left behind too much broth. Should have gotten it to go as I would rather drink that than bone broth any day. Sorry no pic of the soup but trust me you would have been drooling at the pic. Definitely recommend giving it a try and I will be back.

The wait staff Clarissa is extremely nice and helpful especially if you don't know what you want to order and will explain what flavors and taste you will get from each dish. I'm hoping I come back for work in the area soon so I can eat my way around the entire menu at some point. The only negative thing is that T-mobile service sucks in the area. Thank goodness for work phones(ATT)!

Even though the sauce had one flame for spicy, they really aren't too bad. Street parking only - don't park behind the building. No steps to get in but there are double doors that might be challenging for someone with mobility challenges. Signs on the door said no public restroom, so take care of business before you come here lol. Lots of K-pop to watch on the TVs. Check the website if this is your first time here. The website describes all of the sauces for the chicken and how spicy they are. I ordered the boneless Gangnam lunch special. It came with 5 pieces of boneless chicken breast, white rice and a beverage (I had a water). I also ordered a side of the pickled radish to try. It was 15 min for the food to come out, but it was hot and fresh! I had to let it cool down before I could take a real bite. It was excellent! And I loved the pickled radish too! Sadly no one else came in to eat while we were there. There were a couple people that came in for pick up orders. I hope people will support this business so it stays open. I would come back but would order ahead so I didn't have to wait for the food.

Sometimes the kitchen can be a little hit and miss with how quickly the food comes out but for the most part, it doesn't take too long. I was one of those couples. We arrived about 15 minutes early for our reservation, fully expecting a busy evening and a little chaos. What we walked into was something else entirely: a packed lobby of visibly frustrated customers, all waiting because the restaurant had clearly overbooked and couldn't keep up. When I went to the host stand to check in, the hostess was curt and unwelcoming. She told us it would be "about an hour" because they were still seating guests from 5:00 PM, and it was already 6:45 PM. That should've been our cue to leave, but we tried to make the best of it. We figured we'd salvage the night by walking around the mall and grabbing a drink at Champps while we waited. An hour later, we came back to find the situation even worse. The lobby was even more crowded and chaotic, with couples shoulder-to-shoulder and no clear sense of order or updates. I went back to the counter for a status check, and instead of anything helpful or apologetic, I was rudely told, "Another 30 minutes." At that point, it was obvious we weren't actually in a real queue, just stuck in limbo. Looking around at the sea of annoyed, disappointed couples, we finally decided enough was enough and left. Then, 45 minutes after we'd already walked out, we got a text saying our table was ready. I understand Valentine's Day is one of the busiest nights of the year. But being busy doesn't excuse overbooking to the point where reservations become meaningless, nor does it excuse dismissive, rude communication when people are understandably upset. If you can't honor reservation times, or even provide realistic wait estimates, you need to stop taking reservations you can't accommodate. Unfortunately, this wasn't just "a busy night." It was a failure of planning and basic customer service, and it completely derailed what should've been a special evening.
