It's rare to find a two-floor location of Old Navy, with the last one I saw at the Danbury Mall many years back. Most of the styles I find here, specifically, men, are okay for the most part, but nothing eye appealing. Most of the departments were easy to locate and looked pretty well stocked and cleaned when I visited. I know most retail stores nowadays may be understaffed, but it will be awesome to see more employees out on the sales floor. It's hard to find for sure in these times. Stepping foot into this Old Navy gives me anxiety. I had to return a few tank tops because I didn't like the cut and they were too big. Clothes are strewn about. People were walking around aimlessly picking up numerous items and tossing them back on racks without a care in the world. Had I known that I'd be waiting 15-20 mins on line to return the items I may have just decided not to waste my time altogether. The line was so long that it made it difficult for people to get off and on the escalator. The cashiers moved extremely slow and not all of the registers were being utilized. The cashier that assisted me with my return had the personality of a cactus. She was dry as hell. Just as she was about to send me on my way she gave me a half ass smile. I ordered an item from the website to be picked up at the Wayne New Jersey location at the Willowbrook mall. I walked into the store and there was nobody to help me finally I had to say does anybody work here. A Woman that was not far away, said, can I help you? I said I am here to pick up an item and she sent me upstairs. when I mentioned to the manager, no one offered help when I walked in her answer was, we have new people, she had no idea it was her responsibility to train them. The item did not fit right so I called Old Navy and ordered an exchange. first, they told me was coming Monday to the store, then Tuesday, then Wednesday and it finally arrived on Friday. I had Old Navy and UPS confirmation that it was there, but when I got to the store, they could not find the order and handed me one off the shelf. They recently renovated this location but it really didn't help to make the shopping experience any better. Sure, it's two floors, but the clothes are jam packed in, making it hard to move. This is particularly evident in the womens department. Although there are registers on both floors, only the registers upstairs are open. If you have been to this Old Navy before it was renovated, you are probably aware of how bad the lines can be. You would think that with the new renovation, and being that there are two locations of registers, the lines would be better. Well, that is not the case since they continue to only have the one set of registers open. That being said, although the store itself is not great, Old Navy continues to provide wardrobe "essentials" at a cheap price. I wouldn't shop at Old Navy for a nice blouse or pants, but if you need pajamas or tank tops this is the right place to go. read more

This old navy is way too small for the amount of merchandise they have in it.... I don't understand why they relocated the store to this new location. Although it is two stories, the first level, which is women's, is so crowded and cramped. The old store was so much more spacious and better set up. I also can't stand that the downstairs level has three, only THREE, dressing rooms. I find that absolutely absurd! The lines are always so long outside of the dressing room. In general this store is full of lines and completely over crowded. I do enjoy the clearance section here however and always seem to find good stuff for low prices. read more

I usually like to shop at Old Navy. But what I don't understand is how a store can be renovated and actually get WORSE. There are no registers downstairs (you have to track someone down with a scanner and pay by card) and the woman's dressing room downstairs is so small that there's always a line (I think there are only 2 or 3 stalls). Both of these issues create an unpleasant shopping experience. The store feels tight and it's not easy to just grab something you're looking for and get out. People seem to be walking aimlessly bringing a bunch of kids and carriages when it's already crammed and don't move out of the way. Needless to say, I avoid this store like the plague at peak times. Now, the people that work there seem nice..but the overall frustration of the layout gives me anxiety. read more

Hire some help! It's almost Black Friday and they have two cashiers and a line a mile long. Clothes is cheap. Styles are ok. Don't come here unless you have to. They sell similar clothes at Walmart. read more

They were able to redo the entire store but somehow they made it worse! They only have 3 fitting rooms in the women's department!?!! I don't get that at all Not one mirror to be found anywhere in the store. So if you want to try on a coat you need to wait 1/2 hour for a fitting room to open Lastly the music in there is way to loud turn it down! read more

Sharing my experience. Excuse i did noy spell check was to pissed and sent to old navy corporate. I am standing in a random line in the middle of the floor ar your old navy store i  wayne nj. There is zero organization or management here. I was upstairs but the line to pay waa too long so i come downstairs to a row of registers that there is no one working nor is there a sign posted directing your customers. I see people putting things down and walking out. I make my way to the "random line" where there were two of your employees ringing people up. As i stand in line one of your employees sees i have a big bag in my hand and an even bigger bag of new stuff to purchase she asks me if i have a return i answered yes and she directed me to the upstairs register. I said i will come back during week as i did not have time today line way too long upstairs and would come back to return and will make my purchase today. I asked her whats going on here there is no direction here she said im sorry and shrugged.  When it was my turn the one employee turns and walks away. So i asked the the young lady employee why did the other employee leave she said i dont know she is the manager.. all i have to say is wow!! Thats manager should have stepped up and taken care of me and the other customers in line. Her job should have been to make this experience better and make sure there would be a next time i would want tk shop here. No wonder the store is a mess. There is no management. I am a manager for a fortune 500 and this is absolutley not the way i would allow my employees to treat my customers. I would expect my employees to use there listening skills and take ownership of each situation. Heads up old navy the manager u had working your store today between 10-11:30 needs to be retrained or seperated from payroll. Talk about lack of leadership and down right laziness. Went to return a purchase I made yesterday. Never worn,tags attatched, in the bag with the receipt. Now I dont have a smoke free home and also had my husbands car who smokes...so I can see how the smell may have transferred on to the clothing ...fine I get it if you cant take it back. But did the sales associate have to yell out "the reeks of smoke" and make a scene. She then proceeds to call over a manager to discuss my return. Once again, I get it, sales associate completly unprofessional but probably didn't know what to do. Manager comes over they proceed to speak about my return in Spanish In front of my face...Hello ladies I understand you!!! You're going back and forth how my return stinks. So by you telling me you're not saying anything bad when I put you in the spot is ridiculous. Manager fled and told the sales associate to call someone else to look at my return. 3rd manager asked again if I wore it etc etc. Finally after a half hour I returned 1 item. Side note I have never had an issue with any Old Navy location until today. Completly rude and unprofessional experience next time it's ok politely decline my return dont insult me in two languages. read more

I went here to buy flip flops and I wound up buying a bathing suit as well. The bathing suit is cheap and good, but the flip flops are cheap and bad. The flop is fine, but it's the flip that really gets me. It's just not a quality flip. It feels bad between your toes and even makes your other toes feel weird because it pushes them out. Speaking of which, The front of the flop isn't wide enough for my toes, but it's also way too long. There's like an extra inch and a half in front of my big toe, but my pinky toe hangs off the side. Again, because the flip is so thick that it pushes all my toes outwards. This hasn't been a problem yet, but I think that when I shower in gross places, my pinky toes will still touch the bottom of the shower and I will definitely get some kind of foot fungus. I also think that if I use them to walk on the sand that most of my foot will be okay but that my pinky toes will be in the hot sand and they will get burnt. Also if i were to step in something, cat poop or dog poop for example, or even mud or a puddle, or perhaps, if I'm really unlucky and hiking in the woods, deer poop or bear poop, I might step in it and get it on my pinky toes if I don't step on it with the right part of the flop. I think it might also be possible for mosquitos and horseshoe flies to still bite the tops of my feet, but I think that's an issue with all flip flops and not just this one. Highly recommended for people who like thick flips and oddly shaped flops. read more

I've always thought of Old Navy as a great place to grab a last minute t-shirt but on my last trip in there I found they've remodeled their store and along with that there is a whole new section of affordable jewelry and other accessories. I went in looking for one shirt. $98 and an armful of clothes, shoes and accessories later, I'm a renewed fan of Old Navy! read more

Just spent waiting 45 minutes in the card only line downstairs. 45 minutes!! There were probably 6 transactions that were made before me. That could have been done in 15 minutes max. Instead of working quickly to get the people in line out of the store as soon as possible the cashier was opening credit cards for the customers before me....seriously? It's a Sunday, you know the mall is packed Gabby. I also work in retail and know that is a matter of the employee not working fast enough. read more

I would give them a zero If i could, I like shopping at old navy as a whole but the people in this store are so rude and all they say is they can't help you. I came in to exchange things that because of their fault I got free and they expected me to pay for what I already have that's free. I talked to a manager in Paramus and they had no problem doing the exchange. The people in this store really don't wanna be there, therefore they treat everyone like they don't care. The customer service here sucks go to Paramus. read more
