This particular location has always been one that I have never had any problems with. That's a rarity due to the number of exchanges we have as our rescue depends on their exchange with receipt policy. Some locations hate honoring this policy, but never this one. Basically with receipt, we can exchange any item on the receipt at what we paid for it rather than having to settle for the clearance or lowest selling price. As far as cleanliness and organization, I would have to say this store is one of the better ones. Some stores stock items in such a dangerous way that I often avoid those locations as much as possible.

Miguel made sure to greet us and although busy assured us every few minutes he'll be with us which is definitely in my opinion uncommon nowadays but refreshing since that's a spark of great CS. We waited for a good 20-30 minutes which was fine since we were acknowledged and gave us time to look around. When it was our time he was focused on making sure we got what we wanted, made some GREAT suggestions and measured. All with an awesome attitude and you can tell he walks the talk. He's got great style! We picked up the suit and tried it on and it was PERFECT! No alterations and Miguel picked up on great detail to help make my son's prom suit fit his style. I'm telling you, if you need help here ask for Miguel! He'll get you right! Great guy and service!

We were only there to pick up a suit jacket, but thanks to Aaron and his suggestions, we left with a sport coat, suit jacket, another shirt and another tie! The older gentleman in the store just didn't care to speak at all and the other gentleman in the store had the vibes he didn't even want to be there and wasn't dressed very well for someone who sells suits. But actually, you can be tall and slender, so it doesn't matter. I stopped in to a pleasant surprise. The store carries the brand Untuckit. My brother loves their shirts, and he would purchase them at the regular store, but the shirts didnt fit as nicely because he is so tall. Another brand that I love is Ralph Lauren (Polo). Their selection was very nice here. They had the pullover shirts, button-downs, cargos, shoes, loungewear, and more. The sales lady introduced me to more brands that I knew about and didn't know. She showed me the various colognes, too. I was really pleased by the many brands, and most of all the prices. The prices here are way lower, and you'll also get a great sale.

The candle has three wicks, yet it will not stay lit. It tunnels badly (the sides don't melt down), the wax builds up around the edges, and there's black soot collecting on the inside of the jar. The wax pool gets so heavy that it repeatedly drowns the flames, and it becomes very difficult to relight. This is not normal performance for a candle and definitely not what I expected. What made this worse was the customer service. When I reached out for help, I felt like Lucy Evans was dismissive and did not follow through. The impression I got was that because she "only sells" the product, she believes she isn't responsible when it arrives defective or performs poorly. As the seller, I believe the boutique should stand behind what it sells and provide clear, timely resolution when a customer receives a faulty item. I won't be shopping here again, and I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you're considering buying this candle through this boutique, I suggest proceeding with caution.
