A worker started following him around, saying don't touch that ball, and said " I wanna smack him" to someone else. The worker picked up a toy nerf gun that wasn't in a box, held it in his hands as one would hold a nerf gun and moved it from one area to another while following my son around. Then said "do you want to leave the store" and my son said no and he took the ball from him. My son told me after I drove away, I feel he targeted my son for bouncing a ball and picked up the nerf gun to almost intimidate him. If you are a mom and you think your child is safe browsing around, while you shop, be extra careful of this worker.

Their "Carter's cash" promo is FRAUDULENT. The email says"$20 or $25+ purchase" - it's false advertising! On Wed, I spent 1/2 an hour shopping only to get to the register and have them tell me I have to spend $50 to use the full $20 rewards cash. If I spend less than $50 they would only let me use $10 rewards. It doesn't say that in the email w/ my rewards cash. As I mention, it said $25+ purchase. I wasted 30 minutes of my time shopping for bowl reason. The manager and the 2 employees at the register agreed with me that it says $25 or more and nothing about spending $50. Still, they wouldn't honor the deal. I left the clothes at the register and left the store forever I used to work in retails and know mgrs can override a transaction to honor a misprinted price or promo. Currently, I work in advertising and know the attorney general issues fines for false advertising. I'm incredibly disappointed by that experience.

The numbers of my temporary card were printed on receipt paper and the store manager gave them to me. A fraudulent charge of $130 was made on my newly opened card 9 days later, mind you before I could receive my physical plastic card. The only person who knew the card numbers was this manager who pressured me into opening the TJX card. I was beyond livid to find someone stealing from me. So be careful about this store.
