This store is a pretty good outlet store. They had the clothing on the displays very well organized and it was easy to find my size for things to try on. The only thing was they didn't really have the style of tops that I was looking for. I wear a lot of tops that are kind of flowy, long like tunics, often with a floral pattern. And that's what I was looking to buy but I didn't see any items of this type. I did find a couple of tops in solid colors that were just short sleeved tops so I grabbed them and headed to the fitting room. One of them did look good on me so I decided to purchase it. I got to the cash register and there was only one cashier working who was helping a customer who needed an item shipped to her. They even had to leave the register area to go onto the sales floor and find an item that was to be shipped. So I was there for maybe about 6 or 7 minutes waiting for my item to be rung up and a small line of customers started to build. I would think that a cashier who was in the middle of a transaction that was going to take some time would call for additional help at the register area but I am guessing that they are short on help since these days it seems that everywhere I go there are help wanted signs and pretty much the whole country is shorthanded. So I always try to be patient and appreciate the people who did show up to work. I did see a couple of other people working at the store but one was way in the back of the store and would never be able to see a line forming and the other person looked to be in the middle of something. While I was waiting to be helped I browsed the little bins that they have at the register area that have items for sale such as accessories, beauty items, candy bars, bagged candy and what not. I found a couple of candy bars that I liked and so I grabbed them and I saw a bag of candy corn which I bought for my mother who was outside in the car waiting for me. Finally one of the other people on the sales floor did come over and hop onto a register because the original cashier had completed the transaction that she was involved in and had to leave the register to go to another area of the store. The cashier that I had helping me was pleasant and rang in my items quickly and efficiently. I would definitely come back here and shop. Just hopefully next time they'll have more items in the style that I am looking for. But nice location, polite workers, neat, clean, well organized. read more

Nothing wrong with the store - good selection and prices and most associates were helpful and polite but there's one woman there who needs better training. I wish I'd gotten her name. I understand that everyone out there is trying to look inclusive but when a grown man hesitates to follow two young girls into their "inclusive" dressing room, that man should not be the one getting treated like he's doing something wrong! People should still be concerned about adult males in the same dressing room as young girls; and sales associates shouldn't try to make you look like the fool for thinking so! read more

I'm a sucker for Old Navy athletic clothing. I recently banned myself from going once I realized I had close to 30 pair of yoga pants. That's an excessive amount, even for someone who works out every day (and, let's be honest, I pretty much wear the same four or five all the time anyway). I also took a hiatus because I realized that I disagree with whatever is "trendy" in fashion these days. ON loves to try and stay ahead of the game here, and my break came partially because 2016 was their year of exhausting, loud floral prints. I'm happy to see this has subsided for a while (but why are those bat-wing shirts still a thing?!). I digress. This particular Old Navy has a confusing layout. Girl's and Women's stuff overlapping in one section (disappointment is realizing a pair of chunky heel ankle booties were made for someone 20 years younger than you), Boy's and Women's stuff overlapping in another. Just a bizarre flow. Also, the changing rooms are pretty rough. No attendant here in this cramped space; and while I don't necessarily mind that, because the doors are so heavy they're all naturally shut, you have no idea when someone is in one so the queue is deceivingly enormous. Clothing, tags, hangers lay about everywhere like it's Black Friday. On that note, the customers at this ON are also pretty rude - not sure if it's because it's an outlet or because they're crazed from all the other shopping nearby, but you will always be in everyone's way (expect to be elbowed, cut in line, and whatever you do - don't put your stuff down! someone else will take that as a sign it's free for them to call dibs on). What this place does have going for it is the staff. They were all so friendly, so patient, and so willing to help despite the crazy lines! Is this my favorite Old Navy in Maine? For an outlet mall the prices didn't knock me off my feet but it was worth stopping by. We went early so there was plenty of parking and plenty of room to move around without getting trampled. The store was clean and organized which made it easy to look through. The dressing rooms are all the way to the back near the little tots. Little like infant. The beautiful thing was at they end when they gave me the option to have my receipt emailed to me. Within minutes I had my receipt on my Smart phone Droid. No need to rummage through my bags, wallet, checkbook and find a crumpled up piece of paper stuck to something. It never fails when I need to find my receipt to bring something back I can't. Sometimes the store can find it from the credit card I might have used but not always. Now I can bring up the bar code right on my phone and zip right through the scanner for a return...SWEET! This location has seen better days. This large store used to have a wide variety of items. What little they had in stock tonight appeared picked over, and some items were out of place. Old Navy is known for having graphic tees, but they had very few in any department. Maybe what I saw was the aftermath of the Labour Day weekend. The employees were very friendly, and they provided assistance without being in my face. I also appreciated that Old Navy is having a sale on the bow tie ballet flats - 40% off. This is my favourite dress shoe. I already own a few pairs of these ballet flats in different colours - I was wearing my gold ones tonight - and I picked up a pair in black. I really hope Old Navy continues to make these shoes. The cashier and I were talking about how cute and comfortable they are for such a crazy low price. read more

For this being a outlet in a high traffic area I was very surprised to see the store in such great shape. It wasn't wall to wall mess and the clothes was on clearance was at good prices. I did however spend nearly $50 on three pairs of shorts, WHAT?! How did that $25 pair of shorts sneak in there?! Oh Man, I also for got we're in Maine.. SALES TAX! Lol. There's a lot of teenage girls arguing with their mothers. Kind of made it awkward to reach behind them mid-shouting match to grab a shirt.... The clearance section is great, with pjs and other necessities in the $1-$3 range, but everything else seems to follow the sale prices of what's in regular ON stores. Not worth a drive, but if you've just blown a hundy in the Coach outlet two stores down, Old Navy will pleasantly bring you back to earth. read more

Outrageous! long line and only one cashier

Clothes are basically disposable, prices no better than the regular stores and some items made cheaper for the outlet and priced higher than the retail. Manager not customer friendly - kept me waiting - whatever she was doing was more important than her customers and she was not very helpful. Staff on the floor was better. I would not recommend - especially given you have to pay taxes on clothes in Maine. read more
