Good outlet. Decent prices. Kind of a mess but aren't all outlet stores? Worth a stop, for sure.

Their clearance section has a lot to choose from at really good prices and their outlet prices are really and truly outlet prices, not a gimmick. Their rewards program is also great if you join it. The last time I was in there I looked around for a while and saw three beautiful tops so I went ahead and tried them on. I was only going to take one of them since I was planning on going to a few other outlet stores in the area and did not want to spend all of my money in one place. They were all so nice that it was hard to pick but I thought about what I had at home for bottoms and accessories to go with the tops and finally I decided on a winner. The store was neatly organized and it was fun to browse what they had in stock. The signage on the clothing displays clearly showed any discounts available on the items. The sales floor and fitting rooms were spotless and I could tell that the store is well taken care of by the employees. The clerk at the cashier station was pleasant to deal with and I was satisfied with the service that I received. I will make it a point to come back to this store the next time I am in Maine doing some outlet shopping.

Love Love Love this pretty little boutique…read more While waiting for a table at the Friendly Toast, my partner in crime and I decided to wander and check out the shops close by. Pretty Little Things caught my eye because the window is pretty awesome with the dresses, jewelry, and shoes displayed. Walked in and even more awesome inside. Jewelry selection here is awesome. Each piece if so unique and quite reasonably priced. I could've have spent so much just buying the bracelets and rings here. But alas, I limited myself to 2 bracelets and one necklace. the 2nd bracelet, we went back in after breakfast, I just could not not have it. Plus, it was handmade! The clothing here is pretty chic. Cute dresses, perfect for a nite out or just a cute assemble for the weekend. They also have cute bags and clutches. Staff here is super nice and like me share the love for the pieces here. A really nice and extremely affordable place for a fashionista. Check it out!

I had my baby with me in a carrier, and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being closely watched. While I was in the dressing room trying on clothes, I was talking softly to my baby to comfort her. The employee stood right outside the dressing room and was giggling at what I was saying, which made it very clear she was listening and hovering nearby. Instead of feeling like a customer, I felt like I was being monitored, as if there was concern I might steal something. And then as I came out of the fitting room and let her know I didn't find anything and thanked her, she went straight into the room, I have no doubt to make sure I didn't steal anything. As a mom just trying to shop with her baby, this felt really discouraging and unwelcoming. I left feeling uncomfortable and out of place. I hope the boutique can work on creating a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers.

I've always appreciated the idea of the Kittery Outlets, but the actual shopping experience has…read morebecome increasingly inconvenient. One of the biggest frustrations is the layout: instead of being able to stroll from store to store, you constantly have to get in and out of your car and drive from one shopping center to another. It really takes away from the enjoyment of outlet shopping and makes the whole day feel more like running errands than browsing. Another downside is the taxes. Whatever savings you think you're getting from outlet pricing quickly shrink once you see what you're paying in tax. It feels like a big chunk of the "discount" disappears at the register, which defeats the purpose of going to an outlet in the first place. Lastly, the number of vacant stores is hard to ignore. Whole sections look empty, and it gives the area a run-down feel. It also limits your options and makes the trip less worthwhile if the stores you came for simply aren't there anymore. Overall, the Kittery Outlets had potential, but the inconvenient layout, high taxes, and increasing number of vacant storefronts makes the experience far less appealing than it used to be.

There's even a children's play center that you pay for the day and you and your kid can come and go to take a break from shopping. There are multiple strip malls divided along a busy road but that's probably the only downside. My favorite feature? An actually very well set up nursing room (as in breastfeeding). Right next to the bathrooms but tucked further back down the hall so no one is walking by, window with darkened glass, a blind you can pull down, a LOCK on the door, comfortable seating, a TV and a changing table! I've been in a few of these nursing rooms since having my kids and this is the only one that I feel like actually provides what I need! So much credit to whoever set this up!
