I seldom shop at Old Navy if at all. One day, I was at the Glendora Marketplace. Old Navy happens to here. I had an inclination to walk through its doors just to see what they have. So glad I did. I perused through the whole store. Very clean and organized. Lots of great selections for women, men, and children. They had special deals throughout the store. I was actually looking for some basic shirts for the summer. I got lucky to find simple women shirts on sale for $5 each. Regular price was $12.99 or close to it. I was so happy to have saved some money. I bought 6 or 7 shirts. Quality was okay. Staff on the floor and at check-out were super friendly and helpful. I may return from time to time. Had a great shopping trip at this Old Navy, particularly because of the employees. Both the cashier, Nicole, and the gentleman working the dressing rooms were very friendly and efficient. Old Navy, WTF? It's September 1, 100 degrees literally outside, and there are no women's shorts. Everything is all pants and jeans.

New items for the spring/summer are now here and are mostly 30%, 40% and 50% off. I bought a lot of draw string shorts of different colors. Great service as usual. I almost always find what I'm looking for at this Old Navy location. The staff there are very friendly and always available for help when you're looking for something. The store itself is spacious and clothes are organized very well. Clearance sections are also well maintained unlike other stores. I do always see a wide variety of sizes in the women section. Sizes ranging from xs - 3xl and sometimes larger items. Which is great for woman who often have a hard time finding larger sizes at Old Navy. read more

Clean store! People are polite and the sections are clear for easy walking. This store has A LOT of stock but seems like a lot of the same thing and the same sizes (xs, s). Tons of mask with cute designs for both adults and kids. I really enjoy the store pick up and curbside pickup. Really speedy and accurate service. This store is located near restaurants, bookstore and a Best Buy. Parking is decent but I usually go in the mornings so I never have trouble. Old navy always has great deals! I stopped by on a whim after seeing they were still open for shopping in store. They're in the same plaza as Best Buy, Staples, Corner Bakery, and so many other businesses, so parking is never difficult to find when I visit this plaza. I noticed they had sanitizer in front on a table available & the workers were all wearing masks! I walked in (no need to touch the door, since it has a motion sensor) and was greeted by multiple employees! I was only looking for pencil skirts or longer skirts for the office, but I couldnt find any. They always have sales & if you have the time to browse, you can find great items in the clearance aisles. If I'm ever shopping for other items of clothing & not office skirts, I'll definitely stop by again. Their kids section is also a good size, and since I can fit the L/XL clothing for girls, I'll check it out next time! read more

So the hubby was shopping at Best Buy for a new phone and I was bored. I decided to take a walk around the shopping center. I think I walked in during a sale because it was pretty crowded with a long line at the register. I headed over towards the sales signs and was almost floored to find jeans for $10!! Oh, it was on with the shopping!! I found 3 pairs of jeans, a T-shirt for my husband, shorts for my daughter and jeans for my teen son. Everything was on sale and my sons jeans came out to $3. Whaaaattt?!? I don't shop at old navy much but after this experience I think it may just become my favorite store. read more

I am giving 5 stars today because of the adorable sales person who checked out my purchase today. The stores air conditioning was broken . It was miserably warm in there. I grabbed a few things... trying them on was out of the question, way too warm and sticky. As I was checking out I grabbed a bottle of cold water to purchase. Vanessa let me know that I could get a bottle of cold water free from their cooler. She was engaging, observant, friendly and a sweetheart! This is an adequate store to shop at if you're looking for basic essentials: jeans, t-shifts, pajamas, or workout clothes. This location always tends to be somewhat messy, especially the clearance section. There are some good sales every now and then, but some items are way overpriced for the quality of the item (i.e. some jeans or jackets). The employees here do a mediocre job in assisting customers and no one greets you as you walk in. I only shop here if I'm needing a new pair of their comfy flip-flops, a cardigan, the occasional cute sundress I find, a pair of work slacks, or if I have a coupon that expires soon; otherwise, I don't usually go here very often. read more

Came here since my son needed some clothes and I have a Old navy CC. I'm glad we came. While walking in we were informed that there was a sale on tshirts and shorts. The only downside of that was that my son at that, no shorts stage. Regardless, I know it was for him but I always find something for myself it worked out since I was using my Old navy CC it was a 30% off . But it was expired so I renewed it and that was another 30% off then there was the extra discount. I got a top and 2 pairs of shorts. This branch of Old Navy the management are so rude and very unprofessional. We were there last night and my wife was buying a couple of jeans and it happens she scanned the price of the jeans it scanned for 27 cents and according to the manager in duty that is wrong and they can't sell it. So they are charging us almost the full price of the jeans. My point is there the one who made the error on price and they should sold the pants to us for 27 cents and going forward can correct the price Prior of selling or putting in the floor. In general I like Old Navy. But when we were visiting Glendora and stopped in at this location we had a terrible experience. The management and store workers were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They allowed a woman with a screaming child to "shop" (she was actually just fingering the clothes and using it as an escape to ignore the poor child). The situation caused emotional trauma not only for the small toddler but also for all the other patrons in the store. When I suggested the store clerk offer help to the lady or encourage her to come back after her child was feeling better, all the clerk offered was "I'm sorry you didn't have a good shopping experience." She said she didn't want to "interfere" with the lady's parenting style for risk of getting a bad store review. It is appalling that the store management would rather have the dozens of patrons suffer and have a bad experience than to ask a person who is ruining their store environment to leave. I am the mother of 6 children and I know they don't always behave well in public. That is to be expected. But it was the adults in this case that acted badly. First, the stubborn parent who couldn't put pride and anger aside to actually address the child's need and resolve the conflict with love. And second, the store management and clerks who didn't respect their patrons or store environment enough to address the problem. Veeeery low class. I will never frequent this location again and it has also smeared the reputation of Old Navy in general for me. I was in the store this morning around 9:30 to buy 2 gift cards, the salesperson come back with a Happy Birthday one and a Welcome Little one and said that's all they had. I don't understand it Christmas and ppl tend to buy gift cards and the fact that your not fully stocked with them is ridiculous!!!! Management should be on top of it!! I don't care if the don't have Christmas ones but at least on that says Old Navy. So the salesperson asked me if I want one? Came in here, admittedly a little late in the year, for a solid colored hoodie zipup. Alas, they only had a few choices left (teal, green, blue, and orange). Of the small number of choices, there were very few in my size, mostly XXLs left. I didn't really expect anyone to have jackets this far in to spring. What was pretty bad was the service. The store was pretty empty and not once was I approacehed or even acknowledged by anyone who worked there. Will I be back? No unless I have to come back. Service is always friendly. Clothes are hit and miss. Old Navy goes through cute stages and really ugly stages, like right now. But you can always depend on sales and the basic classics with quality like flip flops, tank shirts, work out/yoga gear which is what I needed and found. Managed to find a cute summery billowy blouse to add in to my necessites. You can use your Gap card here, so that is convenient for me. I just want to say that I'm impressed with a Gentleman in that store Named Albert as soon as I walked in I noticed him greeting everyone and the way he approached my family with such a good attitude and asked us if we need anything to let him know was such a good feeling. We been to others stores and people don't even greet you or acknowledge you the whole time your there. And the fact that he just keep delivering his customers service to us was just amazing he brought my son and my self this jacket to try on and was just recommending clothes to us. To come out of Old Navy a happy camper, it's almost as if the stars have to align in just the right way. First, you have to come on a sale. And this sale has to be for the very specific thing that you're looking for. You might hear about a sale on something, but then when you come in, you see that it's only for a certain cut or style of that thing. Like "flannel on sale!), but then find out that it's only 3/4 sleeve, poly cotton blend two button pullover flannel, and nothing else. Or you might be able to find something on clearance, like the other day when I saw a lot of good outerwear for a really good price. And next, you have to stay away from almost everyone inside, especially the employees. The customer service is not even close to acceptable, unless you find that one good person that only works 2 days a week, sporadically. I have become quite the shopper at Old Navy. Quite a change from my days of being a little Anthro zealot. I think my frequent Old Navy shopping days started around the time I began showing (pregnancy). I needed maternity clothes and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on clothes I would only use for a limited time. So I went to Old Navy, picked up some good priced stretchy dresses and skirts, and ta-da! I had a maternity wardrobe that didn't dry up my wallet. Now that I am not pregnant but still fighting the battle of the pregnancy bulge, Old Navy continues to serve its purpose - good, cheap clothes. Plus, I LOVE their baby section. Their baby clothes are very cute, not too costly, and are durable wash after wash after wash. I really like their tank tops. So many colors and they fit nicely. They don't lose their stretch, no matter how many times I wash and dry them. I went in today to look for items to add to my work wardrobe. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything for me. Only shorts, tanks, and tees. Summer clothes, really. I guess no one works in the summer so that is reason no work appropriate attire? Not one summer dress in the store that I could try on. But this is the norm for Old Navy - it is usually a hit or miss when I am shopping for myself. read more

I have not been to Old Navy for quite a while, but I will say taht I was disappointed with the lack of professional clothing. Despite the great deals they have, most of their clothing is casual and, to me, for younger patrons. As much as I would like to wear a glittery tank top with skinny jeans, I won't be able to pull it off where I work. However, they have always had the best prices for jeans and I am always happy about that. I was able to pick up some super cute dresses on the clearence rack so that made a happy girl. All in all, if you are looking for clothing to hit the town with, on the cheap, Old Navy is always a good choice. read more

This Old Navy has always had super friendly and helpful customer service. Not only does it have a huge sale section, but it also is really organized. The aisles are clear of clutter and the racks are neat. The only reason why I am deducting a star is because usually the lines can get pretty long. It will go by fast and the cashier will still be nice to you though which keeps me coming back.
