My favorite clothing store! I really love shopping here and they always have clothes that fit me! I love that I don't have to drive to Anthropologie or nordy's but can get everything I need in San Clemente. Paige and Nikki are wonderful and are great at finding styles that work for me. They carry Hudson, Velvet, Sanctuary, Johnny Was (omg!!) and seriously so many other great designers. It's definitely my happy place in San Clemente and there's really no other place like it in Orange County. You will find everything you need for casual to dressy to business attire. If there was ever a worse place to shop, it is this piece of crap boutique. The place is so incredibly small, but the clothes the sell have price tags with prices too big for what they are peddling. The store is very ritzy, but they sell clothes you can get at urban outfitters for less. And Urban is not cheap. This place is full of stuff that is somewhat cute, but mostly just generic trendy crap that is way overpriced. I saw a ribbed tank top that was $65.00 and I didn't even recognize the designer. Blah. Blah and Blech. You do not need to shop here. I'm ashamed to say that this place is in my hometown. Forgive me! read more

Not only will the incredibly nice but knowledgeable staff take care of your woman, they'll treat you to a beer as you watch it play out. The TV works great for that too. The staff is always courteous , the selections is great, and the fact they have so many items in so many sizes I always score a bounty on my shopping trips. The clothes is super cute and their sale room is even better (only because I am broke! lol) !!! The two best things about this place is the location and the ladies that work there.The ladies are very helpful and know their fashion which is always a plus. They will be honest with me if something does not look great and they are honest when things look really good. I love honest people especially when it comes to clothes. Once again, Fiorina impressed me beyond belief! Typically boutiques appear to be for the very well off and very petite or fit, but Fiorina caters to all - I am 5'-9", not a thin rail, and I certainly have a budget. For the past few years, I have always managed to find several fine pieces that fit perfectly. The store is beautiful, tastefully decorated and not cluttered. The service is fabulous, and for the excellent quality - the prices are accurate. Breaking the habit of buying at a lower price point, for items that didn't have long-lasting quality, proved to be far more expensive than buying a bit fewer items with amazing quality and that FIT properly! On Dr Drew's rehab, you have to admit you are an addict. I am admitting that I am addicted to peeking into the windows of Fiorina. The clothes are fun, frilly or fancy, whatever floats your boat. I wish they had more +sizes, but I guess the owners who are slender buy what they would like. The gals try to guess your flair, and that's ok, because it shows that they care. The sale room has become a rolling rack or two, so I will miss that. A few good pieces a year won't kill me, but I still won't get a $60 t shirt anytime soon. Going to Nordstrom is a chore, so this will do. read more

I explained what I was looking for and the owner put together wonderful outfits for me to try on. This review is long overdue as I've been a faithful customer of Fiorina's for six years now. This is a beautiful boutique carrying the latest styles as well as gorgeous, unique pieces. Nikki (the owner) and her team are extremely attentive and helpful, but what won me over is that they're HONEST. If you ask their opinion they will give it, even if it will cost them a sale! And many times Nikki will suggest a piece or two that doesn't initially attract me, then when I try it on, whammo!! I look GREAT! VERY important for a gal in her mid-50's who wants to look classy, timeless, but on-trend. Completely disappointed. This store is beautiful and so are the clothes. However, the woman that I understand is the owner, short brunette woman, is one of the rudest women I have met in a long time. Shoppers beware, her sales tactic is the worst approach at sales I have seen in a long time and I've been in sales for 18 years. She feels it's necessary to insult the customer. As I've noted, beware, it's all done with a giant smile on her face. What she doesn't seem to understand is that she gives the impression of being jealous and/or insecure. My experience was the moment I walked in get store she started pulling clothes for me even tho I didn't ask for them. When I saw the clothes, they were all too large for me, (she didn't ask for my size ). When I asked for smaller sizes she argued with me that she would keep the sizes she pulled as that designer "runs small". I am a strong and confident woman, and I find it humorous when woman act catty as this woman was certainly acting towards me. She continued to follow me around the store pulling jeans and telling me what size I was (larger sizes than what I wear) and again when I would correct her she would argue with me and brush me off. At one point it made me laugh in the dressing room because it became ridiculous. Before I left, she handed me a magazine where she and the store are "represented as a strong pro-female entrepreneur" What I experienced was an insecure woman that had a short girl complex. I rarely shop in beautiful boutiques because I'm always afraid the clothes won't fit me. I'm a size XL and going into boutiques usually means I come away with jewelry and a handbag. But I took a chance and put myself in the hands of Nikki, the owner of Fiorina. I told her my fears and she put my mind at ease. She sat me down on her comfy couch, gave me a cup of coffee and went to work pulling out clothing options for me. I just gave myself over to the process and felt very pampered. In a few minutes, she had a number of options waiting in the dressing room and told me what to try on first. Holy smokes! Not only did they fit, but they looked fantastic! I looked chic, modern, and beautifully dressed. Wow. I tried on a dozen more pieces. Some looked amazing, and Nikki was very honest when something wasn't working. In the end, I came away with 6 gorgeous new pieces that will be in style for years. If I had known shopping could be like this, that someone would just dress me beautifully without the stress of wandering the mall and trying on a million things that just look awful, I would have done this YEARS AGO.
