We got several quotes at different reasonable ranges but only Nelson (the owner) truly impressed us. We arrived after the store was closed (due to Google having incorrect closing times) but Nelson opened back up and stayed for over an hour consulting with us. Never once did he rush us or imply that he had other things to do. And this was before we even agreed to be his clients! No one else showed that level of professionalism. You can guess how the rest went so I will spare you the details. We gave Nelson's team a very short deadline yet they met it and the work is SPECTACULAR! we couldn't be happier. Now, that's not to say there weren't hiccups. However, Nelson immediately took the proper steps needed to resolve any issues that arose. Even more so, he was always polite, caring and honest. Those qualities are far more important to me than the bottom price (which was among the lowest we were quoted as well). I will DEFINITELY be hiring Nelson and his team for future projects. The company seems to be new with a lot of room for improvement. They cut down my mother's tree and…read morewhen they went and looked at it no problem. She went with them as they were the cheapest quote and seniors are on a budget. Welp... you get what you pay for. I spent half a day cleaning the debris they left in her driveway. I'm not sure how other companies do it but they put a pickup truck in the side front yard to pull whatever they were cutting. Initially Sam told my mother they would fix the ruts left in the yard. Then came the issue of them not being able to remove the trunk because it would mess up the yard even more. He asked if we wanted it left or gone. He said the kids can play in it and I a was like yes that's fine. Just don't cause more damage to the lawn. So he tells his men to continue working. Come out the whole trunk was gone and the lawn was a wreck. When I asked about them telling my mother they would fix it... he says fix what? It's mud! So at this point we have the ruts and compacted lawn from front to back. The neighbors are upset because they came into our lawn through theirs so part of their yard is also damaged. So he comes back the next day, debris pile as tall as the house is still in the whole driveway, and blows leaves into the deep mud ruts as if it was going to fix them. He sends a truck to pick up the debris and it didn't all fit in the yard so he calls me and says he'll be here to finish the next day... so now we're on day 3. So he send another guys with a pickup with the bed the sauce of like a Tacoma. The guy makes two trips and never returns. I asked Sam if it would be clean by end of day and he said yes. Next day comes no one returned. Next day Monday morning I'm outside my mother's house for 4 hours cutting, tying and bagging the debris. I don't want to hear excuses. If my mother would've been alone I don't know what would've happened because she couldn't have done that work herself. My advice... unless you want to finish the work yourself AND have to fix your lawn... don't go with the cheapest estimate! In this case it was this company. See pictures. I gave ample time for results before reviewing. They did the work last Thursday and it's Tuesday.
