Sales guy came out and I asked tons of questions to make sure I would get what I was looking for…read moreand I let him know I can't do mornings as well set up an 11 pm time but supposedly I have dementia and that's a lie called the office around 11 10 to see if the person was coming the lady said she would check and call me back she did and let me know the person was going to be here between 12 30 and 1 later got a message from the girl that she said it would be after one but never answered me back with an exact time she got here at 1 30 said she would be back next day to do the rest between 9 and 10 I had already told the sales guy and the lady at the office she needed to be on time and I had already explained before the deposit I dont do mornings to make a long story short the owner basically called me and blamed me for all the mistakes on the time and that I disrespected all her staff which was a lie I disrespected the sales person that lied to my face told him he was a liar and I disrespected her because u call a customer and blame them for all the stuff I was told would happen and didn't then to protect myself from more lies I said I wanted the warranty in writing or email so there would be no issues on that later since I had proceeded to read reviews after my problems and noticed before have issues with the work she said she would give me one after I paid that's not how it works and I let her know that she told me to stop arguing and I said im asking for the warranty im suppose to have that's not asking for something off the wall that is to be provided especially since I was told the work came with one and again I didn't want issues where they lied later if I had issues and they could say that was not part of the deal I afterwards posted a google review so hopefully people can see and maybe pick a diffrent company that has better customer service dont lie about arrival times and by the way after posing my review they charged my card the full amount without my authority and with the job unfinished and now dont respond so no I had to spend hours on the phone with my bank to file a dispute

I guess the only issue with this is you first have to want to buy something. The place has a lot of furniture pieces, but the prices were so high, it would seem they are trying their best to put themselves out of business. Needless to say, we did not find that have to have item and only saw two things we had never seen before. Not worth the trip, especially if travelling from Ocala, as it would seem they do more furniture restoration than antique sales.

This is a top notch organization. I took a small marble top table in to have a leg repaired. When I…read morewent to pick up the table after the work had been completed, it looked better than it did when I dropped it off. Not only did they repair the broken leg that I brought it in for, but they also fixed the other two legs, noticing that they were in need of repair as well. On top of that, they went above and beyond by stripping and re-staining the base of the table so that everything matched. The service was incredible! The price was exactly what I have been quoted, which was very reasonable. The staff was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They even identified the wood that the base was made out of for me, noting the tables quality.

I contacted Adams Furniture Repair to get a quote for repairing a piece of wood furniture that was…read moredamaged by movers. Phil responded and gave me a couple quotes based on photos I sent but gave a realistic expectation that he would need to see the piece in person due to the damage being against the grain to see if an in-home touch up could be done or if the entire surface would need to be refinished (no one else I contacted even mentioned this and some charged for an in person evaluation which Adam's Furniture Repair doesn't). He came and evaluated the piece and we decided to do an in home touch up which I'm really pleased with! I've had this piece since I was a child so it has sentimental value as well as being a quality piece. He also did a couple smaller fixes on two other pieces of furniture I had. He's very knowledgeable about wood furniture repairs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!
