One thing that amazed me was how perfectly they custom color- matched the hood to my existing cabinets. I was nervous that the paint wouldn't match exactly, but they absolutely nailed it. The finish is flawless, and you truly cannot tell that the hood was built separately. It looks like it has always been part of my kitchen, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The mismatch was due to moss and buildup on the existing roof, not the new materials. After I received an HOA notice, she recommended a soft wash, and once that was done, everything blended perfectly. In addition to that, she repaired interior areas affected by a roof leak, and the quality of that work was exceptional. Some were better than others, but none came close to Brittany Paul, owner of Casa Noble roofing. Not only is Brittany a delightful person, she is honest, knowledgeable, patient and deeply cares about her customers, from start to finish. We first encountered Brittany after a crew of solar installers literally destroyed the roof over our heads by failing to correctly fasten the panels to our roof studs. The result: When it rained, it poured. In our living room and master bedroom! After repeated failed attempts by the solar installers to repair the roof, we gave up on them and called Casa Noble. And it was Brittany to the rescue. She showed up promptly, climbed onto the roof and gave us the bad news. The solar crew had torn up a large section of roof over our living room, master bedroom and screened in porch. All solar panels would have to be removed and reinstalled after new shingles were installed. The solar company's crew leader was initially skeptical -- until Brittany proved beyond doubt that there was no alternative. By the time the job was finished, you would have thought the solar installers had worked for Brittany. She was totally non-judgmental while explaining to the crew that they had missed the roof studs when screwing in the panel braces, the result being that they had created numerous gaping holes in the roof. Then she went a step further and marked precisely where the studs were located so the solar installers would not repeat their mistake during reinstallation. Her fee -- $1,700 or so -- was very inexpensive considering the amount of work needed to complete her part of the project. Of course, the solar company ate the bill from Casa Noble, as required by the contract, After this experience, we did not even bother getting estimates from other companies when we needed a new roof a few years later. Brittany already had proven herself many times over, turning what could have been a horrible, lengthy nightmare into a learning experience in creative crisis management. So we called Brittany. She quoted a great price, and she and her crew did a terrific job. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I know as well as anyone how difficult it can be to find honest, reliable, prompt, knowledgeable and caring help these days. So do yourself a favor. If you need a roof repair or a new roof, call Casa Noble roofing. You will not be sorry.

That's 3 times, for those of you counting, and I've been absolutely blown away by the level of service. Beth provides an in-depth initial meeting to talk about her services and commitments to you. From there, every step of the way is communicated clearly by Beth or someone from her small team. When I say they go above and beyond, I'm talking fantastic photography and videography of my home, great social media marketing and the ability to get the home featured in local publications. The part that truly blew me away was when her team got 3-4 quotes for everything from the inspection, to a roofer, and everything in between. They got the quotes for me and availability of each service provider and all I had to do was pick one. They also scheduled the appointment on my behalf and someone from the team was there to accompany me. This is NEXT LEVEL.
