To the owner: charging $2 just to tape a customer's box sends the wrong message, especially to repeat customers who consistently support your business. I understand businesses have costs, but a few inches of packing tape is a minimal expense that goes a long way in building customer goodwill. Customer loyalty should matter. Policies like this make long-time customers feel nickel-and-dimed rather than appreciated. A small courtesy for repeat patrons would create far more value than the $2 collected for tape. Your employees are fantastic, so it is definitely managerial. Now I know why you're at 3.1 stars on Yelp as of the writing of this review. I hope you'll reconsider this policy. It's the little things that determine whether customers continue choosing your store or take their business elsewhere.

The don't wear name badges and went asking for name to be able to let corporate know about their bad treat to customer the denied to provide it and the don't even provide store location. I have been a customer of FedEx and gone to multiple locations and this is the first location that provides the worst customer service experience. Rude inefficient and incompetent. You can tell the really don't want to be there but are just there for a pay check not understanding they have a pay check cuz of the customer who come in for service. They need better trained employees and employees who actually understand the job and want to be there. I was having a good day until I went here and received attitude from them. For No reason just for asking for tape to seal A FedEx envelope that I was going to ship through them We are not talking about even being serve or weight or Charges or anything just said may I have a piece of tape to seal the FedEx Envelope I'm send for extra security and the lady went off no we don't provide that you have to buy a roll for that and a bunch of other things which I'm Not sure what she was saying seem Like she was not 100% relay her msg in English properly. I always send those envelopes at different FedEx locations across the region and for extra security I always place a strip of Tape across the seal part and never ever had issues or Been cursed for what it seems a foreign language speaker and told I need a to buy the whole roll and is not about the roll but the way and attitude given if FedEx has changed is quite simple as someone who works with the public I tend to defuse and on the personal level not give attitude to those who Work with the public. Simply they could have said sir dude bro I like to assist with the request but we now have a new directive and not able to provide without a charge by buying it a roll from the wall. And awesome I would have understood since they only work there and follow orders from corporate. But that was not the case. I had to ship the old one back to them. I applied the shipping label they provided and all I had to do was drop it off in the same shipping box and The UPS Store handled it - no charge and no fuss. I will say their faxing costs seem a tad on the steep side. I know they are a business and need to make money. I had an 11 page fax to send out today - and I guess the charge is $1.00 per page - as I paid $11.00 and change. Might be time to consider buying my own dedicated fax machine! In any case, the folks working here have always been prompt and courteous in assisting me!

Not this location...you will be met with agents who want to explain how things have to be closed and you are responsible to do it...even though they have a FREE TAPE GUN RIGHT BEHIND THE REGISTER. It would have been one thing had the location been super busy...but I was the only person in the store. They could have taken the 30 seconds with their tape gun in front of me and sealed it. Even had they said we prefer items to be presealed before you walk up...but since you are here and buying product here you go.

Hired C&F to pack and ship family heirloom furniture to TX and AZ from MD…read more The collection included About 20 pieces including a bowed front glass China cabinet, framed mirrors, tables, chairs, bookcases, and accessories in excellent condition. Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. Even Dave L. called afterwards to check on my satisfaction. Wow! As for value....... The quoted price was accurate, and they waaay over delivered IMO. And so of course Amazon sent the items back to me, but now I have to pay an additional $5.99 per return to pick them up at a store instead of my home (UPS won't leave packages unattended at an apartment complex). So in all, I've spent $23.79 because a clerk at this location mis-packed my items. Pro-tip: pack your items yourselves. It'll save you money, time, and a headache.

Has a memory like you wouldn't believe regarding locations of moving from and to .. assembling difficult entertainment centers etc.! He really managed the crew and identified early that we needed additional help and another truck. He was able to get his brother to help and acquire another large truck so that we were able to stay on schedule. The entire move was incredible. The movers wrapped everything incredibly well including many large paintings etc. they didn't damage the house we left or the house we moved to or even 1 piece of our furniture! It was very hard to believe actually with the volume and size/weight of many of the items. They were prompt with both moves and showed up at 8am both mornings even after getting to sleep at 3am the night in between moves. Can't thank them enough! Extremely impressed and highly recommend!! I have a 15 monitor work station that I am very hesitant about anyone touching let alone moving, but these guys handled it like a breeze, especially during a rainy day on top of everything else.
