The thing that attracted me to this liquor store is its location. I love the beer selection here, and its a great place to experiment and try new things to expand your palate, if that's something your into, and sometimes they have some killer sales going on ( I find these sales to be random). However there are other liquor, beer and or wine stores in the western mass area that have better customer service and a more knowledgeable staff, perhaps that's just my experience. One last thing that's bothered me, I've just moved up into this area from Texas so naturally I have an out of state license and anytime I go to the register to check out I am always asked for a second form of identification. I understand that perhaps some college kids will buy a fake id so it didn't faze me the first couple of times. Enough to recognize certain staff members at the register, but I was always asked for a second form of id ( which all I've got is my old university id) from the same people over and over and over again.
