We had universal Innovations install our new windows through Lowes and were deeply disappointed…read more From dayn one through a 6 week period we had nothing but troubles from this company. Not to mention the numerous cigarette butts thrown all over our yard. They were very unproffessioanl and not one employee was schooled in instaling Pella windows as Lowes told us they would be. What a nightmare. Don't let these people on your property. The owner laughed in our face when we tried to explain to him what we were dealing with. We will never let lowes decide who will do anything for us again. Oh, and they install 15 windows. Small windows with 3 large window .

The crew was on the job site for 28 days and it was plagued with quality installation problems. We had multiple calls to Lowes and the owner about our concerns. On day ten of the project, when the job should've already been completed, it rained in our home for 3 days... damaging the ceiling in six rooms. After this horrific experience, I would NOT recommend this contractor or Lowes.
