CORE installed a drainage system within the crawlspace that also included a sump pump. They completely encapsulated the crawlspace and also installed a dehumidifier. They cleaned the floor joists and treated the joists to prevent mold and mildew. They worked diligently for several weeks. The end result was impressive. The crawlspace was like a habitable space. The cost was reasonable and the attention to detail was exceptional. The system has been in place for several years now. It was worked perfectly. The owner, Mark, comes by once a year to check on the system and provide any needed maintenance. His attention to customer satisfaction is impressive. I went to the store and had a meeting with Eddy, by the way, Eddy is the owner, I told him this was a big inconvenience to us and would like him to adjust his price and he started to laugh at me, He said he has been in business for 47 years and no one has ever asked him to adjust a price. He went up to the main desk and told all the other employees that I was mad at him for not adjusting the bill.The window has been replaced this past Tuesday 3 Weeks after the broken window was put in.
