This company is just absolutely fantastic. I had a huge stump removed after Hurricane Florence. When I called to have them come out, a date was arranged for them to come out and they came just as they said they would. They did a great job removing this huge stump. After they were done, there was one root way down low that hadn't been removed and they came right out to get it out of there so that I could have a patio put in. I couldn't have asked for a better job. It's just so nice when a contractor does just what they're supposed to do. I highly recommend this company. read more

We had a problem with a dry-laid stone retaining wall at the top of our driveway: our mailbox was right adjacent to it, and years of the mailman pulling his car up next to the mailbox had left the wall in a state of near-collapse. We called MTK, sent some pics and an estimate of the length and height of the wall (nearly spot-on as it turned out), and asked for a quote. The wall is not one that is visible, so a rebuilt in-kind wasn't necessary for aesthetic reasons. They gave us a quote for an in-kind rebuild, and then suggested leaving the remnants of the old wall in place and building a new wall with railroad ties and backfill. This option was much lower in price and was the one we selected. MTK was on-site in a couple of days, and finished the job in a single day. It looks great, and we'll be covering the backfill with landscape fabric and adding some plantings. The whole area will look nicer than ever. We highly recommend MTK--a great crew, friendly and highly efficient! read more

We attempted to find someone in the area who could properly regrout our walk-in shower, but Clover was the only one that could tell us what needed to be done and how they would do it before actually doing it (one contractor actually told us it has been a while since he had done grout work, but he'll just watch a YouTube video beforehand - not exactly how you instill confidence). Throughout the process, any hiccups were expressly stated and worked through, and at no additional cost. Our shower looks great, no more moldy grout or leaks and we enjoyed Sean and his team's work and conversation so much that we had them do additional work and hope to have some more done by them later this year.
