When he sent his technicians, out they were on my property for MAYBE a total of 30 minutes, and that's being generous, just to tell me the hot water heater needed replaced. The tech left his tools in the apartment and had to come back. They charged $291.50 for 2 & 1/2 hours of labor. Claiming it took too long for us to let them in. The water heater wasn't replaced by them, we installed the new one, and it was still under warranty. Seems like over charging is a habit Modleys has.

Had another company come in, they actually scoped the line, took 10 minutes.. they found the collapsed line, and then came back the next day and dug it up, fixed it for $600. I do not recommend them for any plumbing services.. they don't know what they're doing.
