They demolition the old one and completed the new one in less than four days. Also had the utility companies come out before even starting to make sure they did not hit any of my underground lines. He doesn't understand how business works. After doing some research and checking several different companies I decided to buy my new windows through Window World since they sell a more superior and better quality window for a lot less. These are the facts. So why would I pay more for something that is not as good. They both get there windows from Wincore a Parkersburg WV company that makes windows. The one window world sells is a better quality product for less and they are much easier to deal with and also have a better warranty. Its nothing personal. Dave should think about lowering his prices and getting an equal or better products to be more competitive.

Not to mention the numerous cigarette butts thrown all over our yard. They were very unproffessioanl and not one employee was schooled in instaling Pella windows as Lowes told us they would be. What a nightmare. Don't let these people on your property. The owner laughed in our face when we tried to explain to him what we were dealing with. On day ten of the project, when the job should've already been completed, it rained in our home for 3 days... damaging the ceiling in six rooms. I told him what we needed done, he took pictures, we chatted about the process and he said he would get back with me. On March 1st he called me and asked me if I still needed the work done.??? Today is April 29th and I still have not heard back from this man. I'm going to have to say that this company's not very reliable.
