And get this, it took us only two weeks to close on the house! That includes the time it took for us to first look at several homes in the area. We had cash in hand and knew exactly what we needed to start our small family. We let Angela and her team know from the start what our humble budget was and that we make our decisions very quickly and needed to close on a nice home in less than a month. And they delivered! If you want a team who will take you seriously, be with you every step of the way, and most importantly will ADVOCATE for you to the seller so you can get the best deal on the house that's best for you - then you don't need to look any further. Mind you my wife and I are first time home buyers and had little understanding of what the process of buying a home is like. Angela has a way of explaining the process that isn't demeaning but isn't over explained either. She respects you and the vision you have for your home and will listen intently to any questions or concerns you may have. She will give it to you straight on what she can deliver so that you can maintain your expectations. After a full day of showings we had our eyes set on a really nice house but it was pushing our budget. So Angela invited us to her office, we went over the inspection that was offered by the seller, crunched some numbers and put in an offer on the house for 30% lower than the listing price with a $1000 earnest payment to show them we were serious . My wife and I were hesitant but we trusted Angelas approach. Two days later the seller agreed to our cash offer and agreed to our addendum! And I sincerely believe it's because Angela knew exactly how to present the offer in a way that can yield the best outcome. My wife and I sit here now in this beautiful ready-to move-in home feeling extremely blessed that God crossed our paths with Angela and her team. Moved into apartment in middle of April of 2026 and one week later got water leak in…read morebathroom ceiling that wasn't "fixed" until three months later when the whole ceiling became a rainy, moldy fire hazard nightmare. They finally "fixed" it and put a new ceiling in only to have the leak return. Still haven't been able to use my bathroom. On top of this now got cockroaches and rats. Plus, the srove/oven is so NASTY inside and out it will require a sandblaster to clean up. Requested a newer stove/oven only to have the work order designated as "completed". None of the windows have screens in them so had to swelter in the summer heat with the windows shut all day and night long. Ain't one floor level and always getting charged fees for stuff no one explains and late fees on top of those. I don't want to have to see Legal Aid over this but I must and risk being homeless. One thing's true, and I'm an honorably discharged army veteran, if the property management and owner end up in he'll it won't be an accident. I give them a 0 out of 5. Way to take the best care of your tenants! Never again!

Be sure to read contract from top to bottom and consider having a lawyer look it over. Be prepared for additional fees that you have not agreed to. Geese, though beautiful have covered the property in fecal matter. Playground and basketball court covered in poop. We have had to leaf blow to get goose poop off the court. "Valet trash pickup" is very inconvenient. You are fined if you use their dumpster so you have to leave the trash in your home until pickup. You cannot leave it out overnight but must have it out at 6 am so be prepared to set an alarm. This is strictly enforced. The list goes on and on. No security so make sure you lock up cars and I'd consider a ring camera. High turnover rate with residents. Their Facebook page does not reflect how residents feel. Residents are blocked if they attempt to provide an honest constructive review. Check for mice before signing. Many of the units have mice feces in attics and under sinks. We had mice upon moving in. It was 3 weeks before they could get someone to help but would not prorate the apartment. Yuck. Stray cats ruined our outdoor living chairs. We have no pets. The cats have urinated on my outdoor mats and sprayed the sides of my furniture. Upon leaving, I recommend you bring a lawyer with notary so you don't get stuck fixing up their apartments for them. Management is not resident friendly. Use caution.
