    Reported mold and convicted sex offender living next door. They did NOTHING!!!!! I had bloodwork…read moredone and mold levels were high - they are poisoning their residents!!!!!! The crawl spaces are flooded and covered in mold with dryer vents connected right into the crawl space, not running outside - clothes smelled like mold for over a year! Went to court with them and the case was dismissed and then they still turned me over to collections- fighting that battle now!!! The staff in "management" there wouldn't know what the 'right' thing to do is if it bit them in the a$$!

    Be sure you have 4 wheel drive. Management clearly will tell you that keeping up their roadways is…read morenot part of the lease agreement. The hill can be treacherous in winter. Be sure to read contract from top to bottom and consider having a lawyer look it over. Be prepared for additional fees that you have not agreed to. Geese, though beautiful have covered the property in fecal matter. Playground and basketball court covered in poop. We have had to leaf blow to get goose poop off the court. "Valet trash pickup" is very inconvenient. You are fined if you use their dumpster so you have to leave the trash in your home until pickup. You cannot leave it out overnight but must have it out at 6 am so be prepared to set an alarm. This is strictly enforced. The list goes on and on. No security so make sure you lock up cars and I'd consider a ring camera. High turnover rate with residents. Their Facebook page does not reflect how residents feel. Residents are blocked if they attempt to provide an honest constructive review. Check for mice before signing. Many of the units have mice feces in attics and under sinks. We had mice upon moving in. It was 3 weeks before they could get someone to help but would not prorate the apartment. Yuck. Stray cats ruined our outdoor living chairs. We have no pets. The cats have urinated on my outdoor mats and sprayed the sides of my furniture. Upon leaving, I recommend you bring a lawyer with notary so you don't get stuck fixing up their apartments for them. Management is not resident friendly. Use caution.

We moved in a home they…read morehad trying to purchase it only to find out that there had been mice and rats as well as cats that were living under the trailer tearing the insulation out so bad that the furnace ran nonstop. I also noticed roach traps and asked about that and she said that she hates bugs and wouldn't want her tenants to live with them but the bugs that were in the traps were ants and they were literally everywhere no matter how much we cleaned. Then the hot water heater went out and they wouldn't fix it either. They then sent a message saying we were in breach of our lease and to provide proof that we fixed it within 7 days. We just found a place and moved again. We could barely afford it after she took all my savings and when she grabbed the money she slammed her hand down on it. I almost said nevermind we don't want to buy then and I should have but i didn't. DEFINITELY don't do the rent to own option because they are a screwing people over soooo bad. She said she was going to evict us because there were MULTIPLE INFESTATIONS WHEN WE MOVED IN. I hope every person in West Virginia (because they are trying to monopolize the whole state) sees this and thinks twice about living there. Go look at the reviews everywhere else because I was stupid enough not to but we have a really good rental company now because they come the very next day to fix the problems. I am going to include screenshots so everyone can see that she did us so dirty. And I'm pretty sure Cherie Peacock is a stage name and her legal name is Miranda something it's in my paperwork. I have pictures to prove it too! the messages are ruthless. im starting a class action lawsuit against them if they don't cooperate with me.
