Stuart Ellis went into a contract with me... a three to five week job - that was to begin in late May '18 that didn't start till late June '18 and still wasn't finished by late November '18.. If they showed up to work - you'd be lucky if you got four hours a day...the crew would talk about how much they didn't like the owner (Stuart)... His own contract meant nothing to him... even the language of printed and had you sign - he didn't even follow... His follow through was minimal... and workmanship was marginal... he thought that the manufactures install instructions didn't need to be followed... A Joke of a company... other contractors we hired for other aspects of the project (hvac, electric, gutters, paint, etc.) all said to watch this guy and keep on him daily... DON't use this company and Don't hire this guy...

Was recently given a cease and desist by the west virginia licensing board to no longer do jobs requiring contractor license or over $5000 and to stop advertising being a licensed contractor. Additionally cited for not paying employees. Enclosed the "proof if insurance" and email confirming it wasnt in effect. Additionally there are pictures of my property that were taken/posted without permission and they should be removed promptly.

After he had collected ALL of the agreed upon money and the job was not at all complete, he had the nerve to ask for $4500 MORE in addition to the agreed upon amount. Didn't have the nerve to ask to my face, but asked over text. I said no, leave things as they are. And he never came back to clean up or haul off all the old cabinets. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I wish I would have read the reviews before I let them in my house.
