I was pleased with the price limit and asked them to put me on the schedule. Was told if cost/fix was more than "limit" then they would price/get approval first. I felt comfortable doing business like this. Today, Jesse and his helper came and diagnosed problems and made the necessary repairs. Had another company come in, they actually scoped the line, took 10 minutes.. they found the collapsed line, and then came back the next day and dug it up, fixed it for $600.
