I first tried Old Bisbee Roasters when I went to Bisbee for the weekend. I really enjoyed talking to the owner, who was very knowledgeable and generous to let us try various types of beans. The quality is great. I got the variety pack and it is wonderful. I am excited to try coffee from different areas of the world. The 1/2 lb bags fit perfectly in my espresso machine's hopper. I am really happy to find a roaster with great quality and fair prices. I love that I can get free and fast shipping if I order 2 lbs. Highly recommend!

We can't wait to grind a sample these 2 different beans. Seth ( owner) is a great guy.

One must visit Bisbee and stay overnight. Cool town, then go and get a bean/coffee education from Seth ( owner). His prices are comparable to other Local beaneries. We like to support local businesses and ordered 2 full pounds of two different beans. The fragrant beans arrived within 3 days of ordering. Great guy great beans.

Seth is offering free shots!

These Beans are Excellent...The Beans have a Great Old Fashioned Deep Coffee Aroma, that Real Delicious Coffee Smell...If you chew on one of the beans to test them, they don't have a bitter side or bad taste, they taste very good...These beans seem well roasted and very good quality. Plus we had the pleasure of meeting Seth, what a character! He regaled us with stories of how, where, and why he purchased his beans while giving us free shots of expresso. If I could give 10 stars I would this place is a definite MUST TRY.

two cups of coffee

Seth is incredibly friendly and kind!! Free espresso was delicious and he has options available to take home that were roasted the same day!! So awesome. And very military friendly as well

I live about 2,000 miles away and there are likely that many coffee roasters between Bisbee and my House... Still, this is my go to place for coffee. Seth, Naomi and Shayna (spelling) are always roasting up and shipping some of the best, tastiest and freshest beans anywhere. When I am not in Bisbee, we use our subscription. When we are in town, we stock up. If you stop in, you will find some great, down to earth people. On this trip, my mother and I drove in from Phoenix. We called ahead to make sure they would be open. Seth was happy to keep the door open for us. We pulled in and were quickly welcomed into the establishment. Seth gave us a tour of the pallets of new coffee that just came in. Dr. Long, the dentist from next door, walked in with some Cognac XO. I guess it was happy hour at Old Bisbee Roasters. Dr. Long poured some glasses for me, Seth and my mother. It was an awesome treat! After much chit chat, we walked out with 10lbs of coffee. I had an espresso of Ethiopian and it was so damned tasty!!!! On Saturday, we are going to visit "Peddler's Alley" to get another free sample. Can't wait.

Really good coffee. So-so WiFi. Salsa for the breakfast burrito was the best I've ever had.

What a unique and charming place! We stopped by Earl's for some coffee and were stunned by how…read moregorgeous and calm the atmosphere was. The coffee was also good and the barista was welcoming and happy to make adjustments like half caffeine. There's plenty of seating and space, and it felt quiet but not uncomfortably so. A group was playing scrabble at a table near us, and others were seated around the options. It felt relaxing and friendly.

I love this place!! It's beautiful, the people are kind and friendly-the cafe server actually asked…read moreme if I wanted decaf or regular coffee, which I have never been asked before. I ordered a Mexican Mocha which had just the right amount of coffee and spice-if it was decaf, it certainly didn't taste decaf. The prices were totally reasonable-about the same as a Starbucks-and the coffee is way better. We also ordered avocado bruschetta toast, which was lovely but a bit heavy on the balsamic. I am not a big balsamic fan, so for me that didn't add much as it made it sweeter, but for others who like it, it would probably be great. Nonetheless it was still very good. We also had bagels and cream cheese, and the bagels were awesomely light and perfectly toasted. This seems like a place that the locals know more about as it's tucked a little off the man drag, and it's filled with light. It has a lovely, modern southwest feel which is totally pleasant. I will come back again when next in Bisbee.

Being a vegetarian…read moreit's so hard to find a variety of atleast 2 to 3 meals on a menu We turned around and found this place and looked at the reviews, and ended up eating at this place. Out of world food The ladies in the kitchen are awesome They really are dedicated, loving and patient. No frustration whatsoever on their face. The lady there suggested trying out the spicy chick pea coconut / w turmeric soup, she said it's the last bowl and I went for it. Out of world deliciousness packed in a bowl. We then tried the veggie/ vegan hummus cold sandwich and ordered a grilled focaccia vegetarian sandwich. It was all delicious and we then ended up ordering a carry out of the same Focaccia order except customized it with adding spicy peppers/ lemon garlic feta as well. They nailed it and it was finger licking delicious. Won't miss ever to visit this place when we come back to bisbee The prices are very normal and the service is amazing. Kudos to all the ladies in the kitchen who work crazy to put delicious meals on the table.

As the name implies, this place is a both a small market where you can pick up some basics, as well…read moreas take out, chips, etc. and it's a sit-down (order at counter) quick stop for lunch. We stumbled upon this place which is a bit further walk than the main part of town. If you head away from the main part (walk up the hill on the main street) you will see it on the right. It seemed to have better (earlier hours) than the other places in town. The sandwiches were surprisingly good. My wife had the Tuna Salad on Mixed Greens ($11.95) and was quite happy with it. I had one of their sandwich specials, which was the turkey, brie, gruyere, and bacon (with a mayo called "prickly pear jalapeno mayo) on excellent grilled focaccia bread. In fact, it was my favorite sandwich of the trip. We ate outside on the patio, which was nice. Although you order at the counter, they bring your food to your table (it was a bit slow) and you bus your table too.
