I live near by. My favorite beer is there. It is hard to spell ... German wonderful flavor and I ask specially to just give me as much foam as you can. (Foam is killer). This it is a real good place for groups of four as they have many big tables to just hang out and drink, eat and watch whatever sports are on TV. I think one always is tuned to the golf channel. Also a large bar, and if it is a hot day the wall is open to the outside. You can sit outside too if you prefer. Wait staff is very attentive, friendly and youngish. Also there is parking on street and in the lot in back with entry way both sides. Their burghers are immense Prices are not terribly expensive but it is not the cheapest place in town either. (Me, being cheap would give it a knock for that but hey, use a credit or debit card if your short on cash) Lots of large comfy seating . May be noisy at times and the Game on TV may have little volume but not important as you're there to socialize. read more

We eat at Ol Wisco frequently. We enjoy the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. I have enjoyed the jumbo shrimp in the past. Last week I ordered the shrimp dinner. I was disappointed that I received popcorn shrimp. Maybe I did not read the description correctly. I wish the waitress would have mentioned that the basket is not jumbo shrimp. I learned a lesson. What a little find! A co-worker and I were traveling back from a meeting, and stopped to grab a bite. The place is big, and clean, and we were greet s right away. What was on the menu? GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS!!! I ordered the Mediterranean Plate, which had a juicy and delicious chicken breast, with portions of cucumber; peppers; onion; tomato; olives and feta cheese. Oh my -- heaven! My colleague had the corn tortilla tacos, and devoured every bite; nice, fresh preparation, with his choice of toppings. Our server was sweet and efficient. Boy did I have a hell of a day yesterday. I just wanted a really good cheeseburger. I'm usually on a diet but it was a cheat day so you know you got to spend your cheat days wisely. I got a bacon cheeseburger cooked medium rare with waffle fries. This is the best cheeseburger after a long day of work and dealing with some BS. I can't get over how delicious it was. The food here is hit or miss. Sometimes it is fantastic, and sometimes you can't believe that they couldn't heat up the food they bought in a cardboard box. Stayed in Lake Delavan for a night before heading to Geneva and what a great little treasure we found. This place has some great food, fast service and friendly people. I really had a great time here, and of course it's Wisconsin so you have to order Cheese Curds! January 9th, 2021 Our family who comes to Wisconsin quite often are regular patrons of Elizabeth Cafe. They have 'excellent' home made food. We decided to try a new place that is next door to Elizabeth Cafe. At OL Wisco Bar we were greeted at the door by an employee. Our serve Jacob was 'excellent' and was fantastic with our 9 year old daughter. We order the 2 burgers and my daughter ordered a cheese pizza. The food arrived warm and beyond delicious! My 9 year old said, this is BEST pizza she has ever had. It was so delicious that she took a photo of it. Thank you Jacob for making our experience a 5 star one. The inside is big and has an upscale bar feel. Tables, bathrooms and floors are clean and in great shape. They have two overhead doors in the front that they open in nice weather... Looking for a quick bite and stumbled on Ol Wisconsin B & G. Great place. Dynamite burgers and terrific service. Food was prepared perfectly and the beer was ice cold. My husband and I met some friends at Ol' Wisco while we were in town visiting my parents. We had such a great experience! Our server was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about their beer selection (he told us every beer they had on tap, and the brewery and city it came from!). I'm vegan and wasn't sure how many options I'd have, but the server helped me modify one of their wraps to make it a veggie wrap, which I really appreciated! The veggies were really fresh and everything was delicious. My husband ordered a burger and also loved it. Bourbon chicken had flavor but drenched in cheese and difficult to find the actual chicken breast that was an so thin and small it must have been from a pigeon. $16-18 per, trust me way better options towards lake Geneva for much less money! It's a Monday just before 7, pretty quiet stopped for a beer and a bite. Lots of tvs, clean, classic rock playing on the house speakers, half the room is set for dinning the other a sports bar. Ordered the 5$ burger special which apparently costs 6$ but totally a great price! Guinness founders Stella,spotted cow, and about a dozen other taps! Good selection. Burger came out fast and is big! Must be a least a half pound cooked perfect with just a hint of pink and juices as heck! Definitely will add this gem to my list of favs! Great burger but the fries were just good, not great or anything special. Next time I'll try the wings or maybe the steaks. I am definitely full after that burger! read more

I've been a customer for a while and left a great review for the fish fry, which was a very good price. They used to have potato pancakes and they don't anymore, so we're left looking for a new fish fry local. So I thought I'd try a hamburger one night. It was $15 for just the burger, and I said whoa when they told me that. He said it's a big burger, and it was. I asked for it to be cooked well done. It was all kinds of pink in the middle. It didn't come with any condiments, just lettuce tomato and pickles. It was good but not $15 worth. Call me crazy but If I'm spending that kink of money on a burger it really should be cooked the way I want it. They seem to be catering to the tourists now. I get it, you want to make good money, but the locals are the ones that keep you going all year, and I probably won't be back for food. I may stop to have a few drinks sometime because I really like one of the bartenders, he's very nice and great at his job. I'm very disappointed. read more
