I saw that the print shop was closed and said to an employee that the website said they close at 8:00pm. She very rudely told me they shut down the copy center at 7:40pm and then said "have a nice evening!" Shooing me out the door. Nothing on the website about closing the print shop at 20 min till closing. It's the only place that prints after 7pm in my town. Not going back.

He knew it because the attendant at the window was had to find his order due to him going out of sequence. He will be glad to know he messed all the orders up behind him as well. I was first told that it would be done in 1-2 days, it took a week. second, when I actually got my computer back, still randomly shut down so nothing was actually fixed. Lastly, when attempting to come back to pick up the PSU box from them, they wrote inside of it with something completely unnecessary. also for both the computer still being broken, as well as the writing, they tried to blame me for both. I don't mind that I got scammed out of $300, with nothing fixed. I can't believe they try to blame the customer after everything, and take no accountability. Never asked for a refund, yet to excuse the poor service and writing they said it was my attempts at it. ridiculous service. EDIT: Business replied saying things they did, I didn't want an upgrade to windows 11, they did update the BIOS, which is fine. Original request was for PSU to be changed to fix the power randomly cutting off, I provided a PSU specifically for this. Later i called back to also ask them to check my m.2 to see what was corrupted. I will admit the one positive experience I had with this business was how quickly they responded to messages and calls. They said stress tested games I said were previously crashing, I didn't specify any , I said "basically all steam games", and the only one they tested according to what they told me was Rocket League. They say I'm trying to get free services, no, if I was trying to get free services I wouldn't have even paid, I wouldn't have given them my card, what i'm trying to do is get my computer working. As stated in my original message, and I can also provide text messages with this business I had, I don't mind that I was scammed out of $300, that's my own fault, but to try to blame everything on the customer is where I believe it is unacceptable, especially with how respectful I was toward your business.

There is stuff is laying EVERYWHERE. There was no greeting when we entered, you don't know where to stand or if the person you're talking to even works there, and it's a maze of mess. I explained what was going on with my watch "the touch doesn't work anymore." He doesn't say how much it could be to repair or if I even wanted him to try. He just took my watch and assumed the sale. He said he'd text me in a bit. I mean good on you but it was weird and awkward. I waited 2 hours to hear from him but I had to follow up only to her "screen touch doesn't work." Exactly what I told him in the beginning LOL. He said it would be $160 to repair for something that I already knew was wrong with it. I wish he would have just told me the price at the beginning so I didn't have to come back. When I did finally make it back there wasn't a "thank you, if you need anything come back," nothing... but "what's your work number." I can't speak to his abilities to repair things but the place looks a mess and customer service is meh. I normally don't leave reviews for every sub par experience I have but this time I wasn't impressed because my time was wasted all because he didn't listen to what I was saying.
