We leased through Oklahoma Copier for multiple years. We leased a new machine in Dec of 2019, and…read morelater we were informed it was a floor model. The machine got so bad towards the end of our lease it wasn't working and they couldn't fix it. When we weren't willing to renew our lease, we were basically hung out paying off the lease. In addition we had to pay over 600.00 to ship it back in Aug. We have continued to be bank drafted in Sept and Oct for additional payments. I was told today to email the lease return dept to follow up regarding their receipt of equipment that was picked up 08/27/2025 I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH OKLAHOMA COPIER AGAIN. The manager repayed us for 15 years of faithful business by saying he would be sending someone to remove the toner cartridges from the machine. The cartridges are only about one quarter full and we have always just thrown them away when empty. Needless to say, we'll never do business with OCS again and will warn others about the company.

In addition to oxygen supplies, they lift an overnight oxymetry test which was to be picked up the next day. I've since contacted them several times, but it is now nine days later and the equipment still hasn't been picked up to have the test results evaluated. I'm pretty sure the Dr would prefer to have the resultd BEFORE I see him again. In addition, they claim to be available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Not so. Right now all I can reach is an answering service. If your Drs office suggests Lincare, tell them no way in hell!

She was a wonderful teacher and very knowledgeable and compassionate. She turned my opinion of lincare around. I must say though the overall office is disorganized. There isn't a clear receptionist to check in and just chairs up against the wall so it isn't comfortable and the office looks dirty. Also concerned that the workers were on the phones talking to patients and feel they should have been in private.

Well excuse me but I walked in with 9 pages each; i checked prior to walking in the building. $17.64 out of my $$$ a waste as she lost part of my document and didn't fax what I provided.
