Wonderful take out!! My favorite Thai restaurant in the whole Chattanooga area…read more Must try the Yum Woon Sen salad and Fresh Rolls! Everything is great! So there was a good-sized parking lot with alot of parking spaces. I got the Chicken Pad Thai at medium spice and a Thai Tea with boba. My friend and I also split eggrolls. I have to say, those eggrolls were phenomenal. They were just perfect in every way, they had a very crispy golden texture on the outside. The filling was very flavorful, the meat was seasoned well. I loved everything about it and out of the many Asian restaurants I've been to in the area, their eggrolls are my favorite and at the top of my list. My Chicken Pad Thai was decent. The spice level was perfect, flavor was good, and the portion size was very nice. For me, I feel like flavor could've been a little stronger, it just felt weak to me. My entree was okay, not bad at all by any means, but it just wasn't my favorite. It didn't stand out to me. I'd probably go to another place for their Pad Thai rather than here. The Thai Tea itself was delicious, it was sweet, creamy, and still had that Thai Tea flavor that shined through. However the boba/tapioca pearls were very tough. It was very tough and hard to chew. It didn't taste like a fresh batch, they weren't soft and chewy at all so I'm assuming it's from an older batch from a couple hours ago. The inside was alright, there were many tables to sit and eat at. Once we got inside, the server told us to sit anywhere we'd like and order at the front. But once I made my way to the cashier to order, the floor was very sticky. It was noticeable with every step I took. We had a decent experience, but I'm not sure I'd return.

This place is a little off the beaten path, but the reviews looked promising, so we decided a small sushi road trip was in order. I walked in expecting the usual sushi restaurant vibe. Instead I was greeted by a television so large it could probably pick up signals from space. When I say massive, I mean it takes up an entire wall. Nothing pairs with delicate nigiri quite like a television the size of a drive-in movie screen. The all you can eat menu is a little limited when it comes to rolls, which was a bit surprising. But the nigiri selection was actually pretty strong and, more importantly, surprisingly fresh. Plenty of options and the fish held up well over multiple rounds. The cooked items were also plentiful, which helps if someone in your group is not fully committed to the raw fish lifestyle. Overall, I enjoyed the food. The service, however, moved at a pace that felt very... deliberate. Very, very slow. Slow enough that you start wondering if the rice is being strategically deployed to fill you up before your next order arrives. Still, the food was good and the experience enjoyable enough to land at a slightly above average four stars. Tip: come with extra time and patience. Settle in, watch a good sporting event on that enormous TV, and pack away some pretty solid sushi. Four stars. A little off the beaten path, a little slow on the service, but good sushi and possibly the biggest TV you will ever see in a sushi restaurant.

It is within walking distance from class and I hadn't been before but was saved in Yelp as one of my "want to try" restaurants. First off, the warm greeting was so nice as we were the first customers of the day (a few minutes before opening). We were seated promptly and the server was quick to check in with us. I had read about the ambiance before hand and was very intrigued to see if it would be too "dark" to see with my older eyes but it was actually perfect and I enjoyed the red light, intimate feel. We decided to split the chicken curry ramen and edamame, fries and she also got a single slider. Let me tell you, nothing short of yummy perfection. THOSE FRIES, the flavors of the curry, alllllllll the things. Excellent find and kudos to the daughter for the recommendation.

The sliders are a great treat and crispy every time. The ramen is good and filling too. The last two times I've been, I noticed the quality of the ramen declined. The noodles are becoming firmer and firmer. Too firm for a tonkatsu ramen. Both of us were disappointed and hope that the quality gets back to where it used to be.
