Brought his bike in and they were able to replace the tire immediately so we could head out on our ride right then! It was even more awesome that they had that specialty type of tire in stock When we were getting ready to head out, the dude was happy to show my husband the proper way to grease the chain and he also tightened up my water bottle holder. We would definitely recommend this bike shop to others!!

My bike came with a free bike fit, and I didn't know what to expect, but it blew my mind, as well as my partner's (who already owns several high-end bikes). During approx. two-hour bike fit which was offered with the purchase, Marty (sorry, if I spelled your name wrong) took his time, checking every single detail and consistently ensuring that everything felt right for me. I ended up switching the handlebar, the stem, and the seat, all in-house. I also upgraded my tires to tubeless and received a very generous discount on them. My partner, who has bought several bikes from different shops in Vancouver, was equally impressed. He mentioned that the experiences he's had in town don't even come close to this one. Spoke with the salesman there told him we had 2 Rad bikes the model and the weight. We purchased the rack that was recommended by the salesperson brought it home and our bikes did not fit. When it was brought back to the store we were told there would be a 20% restocking fee. Not once were we told by the staff that there was a store policy of a 20% restocking fee if we had been told we would never had bought the rack especially with a price tag of $1200. We are now out $230 for an item we never used an item that we were told would work for our bikes. Checked our receipt and no mention of the restocking fee there either. When we contacted the owner he stated it is mentioned on their website... seriously? We did not buy the rack on line we bought it in store with the false confidence we were dealing with professionals. What a joke. If looking for ebikes or accessories or parts your best to deal with a reputable business.
