The first year I was paying a $121.00 a month. The second year they jacked the rent up to a $129.00 a month. Now that Contain Your Stuff has taken over this storage facility, the first thing they did when they took over was jack my rent up to a $144.00 a month and I'm sure they'll be gouging us again next year with another rent increase. They blame it on inflation but its actually greed. Also. Most storage facilities include insurance in the rent. Not this place. Insurance costs you extra and you can't refuse it. They make it mandatory that you have to purchase their insurance. I still have all 3 emails from each year where they are notifying me of my rent increases if anybody reading this requires proof of what I'm saying.
