We have tried to get in touch with him for months over email and phone although he always has one of his employees answer the phone for him and Mark is never available. When I asked to cancel the entire order since the main item was unavailable, I was told they don't accept returns on sale items--even though the issue was on their end. The response felt dismissive and profit-driven, with no effort to make things right. Poor service, zero accountability. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
