Scott was quietly efficient, as he went about the mechanical tasks and mysteries under my truck's hood, and before I had even settled to open my phone to tell my next meeting that I might be slightly delayed, he was asking if I'd like him to top up my coolant, as it was a bit low, and mentioning to keep watch on my transmission levels, as the clamp wears with age. On January 10, she drove to Lethbridge for university. Shortly afterward, oil was noticed on our driveway, and she was advised to monitor the vehicle closely. She does not drive regularly while at school. When she started her car recently, both the engine light and oil pressure light came on. She immediately took the vehicle to Mr. Lube in Lethbridge, where technicians confirmed that the oil filter had been improperly installed during the previous oil change, causing a significant oil leak throughout the engine compartment. As a result, the oil filter had to be replaced and a full engine flush was required due to the extent of the leak. I went to LubeTown Okotoks immediately with time-stamped photos and documentation to report the issue and request reimbursement. The manager refused responsibility, stating my daughter should have called him first. I was then told he would have driven to Lethbridge to "verify" the damage--despite clear photographic evidence and a third-party assessment. Even more concerning, the manager attempted to shift blame onto my daughter by claiming excessive driving. This claim was demonstrably false based on recorded odometer readings. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, during my visit, staff were visibly vaping in the entryway, which was inappropriate and further undermined confidence in the professionalism of this location. This was a straightforward case of improper installation leading to vehicle damage, confirmed by another service provider. The refusal to take responsibility or operate in good faith is unacceptable--especially when the customer affected is a minor who acted responsibly. I would not recommend this location based on workmanship, professionalism, or how legitimate concerns are handled.

I went back there a second time to give them another chance, they left my oil filler cap of AGAIN. A SECOND TIME ! I called them about this and they make me feel like it's my problem. They employ only kids and you really need to watch out for these amateurs. My diesel turbo is whining now due to possible oil starvation due to the lack of oil pressure. UPDATE I have been in contact with 2 other people that also had this happen to them. One of the 2 had them forget the oil filler cap twice as well. UPDATE Now after offering to redo the oil change after I called then repeatedly and complaining to the Local Ford Dealership. They have successfully changed my oil and made sure to install my oil fill cap this time. My compliments on getting the job done right this time....

Personally I enjoy the banter Aleshia has to offer but Emma is dedicated to providing all the information you need and is very knowledgeable. As for the techs, well they aren't paid to go above and beyond in the care for your car. They fix what's broken, change tires, and provide a very cool video accompanied report with diagnostics. Unfortunately they are rough on the cars... I had a few plastic coverings popped off the inside of my trunk (simply popped them back on), there was a giant hand print left on my windshield, and some grease like dirt smudges on the front interior beams of my dashboard. Also my exterior has some strange grease splatters all around the wheel well. Honestly, I care a lot about these details because to me it shows limited care for my car. Im sure the actual mechanical work was fantastic, I haven't had a problem with the work done but I wasn't pleased with my car's treatment. Everyone who came through seemed very happy with their results and the rest of my family has been happy. I would warn not to bring in any luxury European cars, I've heard of an incident involving an incorrect filter - bring your own parts if you're worried. And don't rely on this place to do major engine work - stick w tires and suspensions. I'd go back for basic oil changes and inspections but I'll always be wary of non-VW certified locations for my VW. Overall great customer service, the owner is extremely friendly and happy to squash any concerns, but don't expect a car spray or detailed cleanly care from the techs.

I have a baby and a toddler and often drive on highways -- I do not feel safe in this vehicle. I paid for towing out of pocket, and if it weren't for the insurance I purchased, I would have been left with a broken car. I tried to work with the salesperson and management to undo the deal or replace the vehicle, but my messages went unanswered. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.
